UNI 2.2 C Laser W3 is delivered with built-in wheels, ready to use. A digital panel, with alarm log, exhaust filter alarm and hour meter, allows control of all functionalities available on the unit.

UNI 2.2 C W3 is a mobile filtering unit with mechanical filtration through a cartridge filter, tested and approved by IFA for W3 compliance. The unit is designed for the extraction of dry and non-oily welding smokes in closed environments with medium concetrations of pollutants, and it provides a filtration efficiency in class BIA“M” >99%. Not suitable for use in potentially explosive areas.

The range of wall-fitting filter units ICAP 4 provides maximum performance in a most compact cabinet and is therefore ideal for indoor installation. The cartridge filters and the automatic cleaning function make this unit ideal for the extraction of fumes and micro-dust with medium concentrations, such as in MMA or MIG welding processes or in sanding .

ICAP is Aerservice Equipments` wall-mounted filtering unit for welding smokes with low-medium concentrations of pollutants and it is suited for a discontinuous use.

The LAB self-supporting extraction arm is made of light aluminium alloy and it has been designed exclusively for the extraction of fumes or micro-particles generated by non-heavy work processes, with medium-low pollutant concentrations. It can be installed on worktops or walls and it can be completed with different types of nozzles depending on the application. It is characterized by exceptional manoeuvrability and versatility thanks to its light and functional structure. The totally smooth contact surfaces prevent accumulation of microparticles. Not to be used for dust or liquids.

Welding spray blankets, compliant to EN 13501-1, are useful to protect the work area, objects and people from sparks and sprays from welding and grinding processes.

Welding shields can help create temporary or mobile barriers. Green shields offer the maximum protection against radiations and they are useful in case of several work stations side by side, while orange shields are useful in case it is necessary to limit access by uninvolved people such as visitors or customers.

AerBoxSystem is Aerservice Equipments` latest innovation, an exclusive modular solution for the extraction of welding smokes in manual and automated welding applications with cobot. AerBoxSystem can be fitted under the 3D welding worktop, replacing its original table legs, while granting the same stability and load capacity. Thanks to its modular structure, AerBoxSystem can be installed under most of the market’s welding worktops. Extractor fan and filter assembly are available as an accessory for integration inside the bench.
