AmplifyRP Isothermal Amplification - AmplifyRP Acceler8 Pathogen Specific Kits

AmplifyRP Acceler8 - Candidatus Liberibacter Asiaticus (Las)

Test Label: Biotin labeled primer / FITC probe. Test Format: AmplifyRP® Acceler8®. Intended Use: AmplifyRP® Acceler8® for Las is a rapid DNA amplification and detection platform designed for field-based or laboratory testing of citrus crops for Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus (Las). AmplifyRP® Acceler8® enables users to rapidly amplify Las DNA at a single operating temperature, using only a crude sample extract, in an easy-to-use portable heat block. Amplified product is then tested in an Amplicon Detection Chamber where clear "yes / no" results are read visually on a lateral flow strip (much like a pregnancy test). The entire testing process can be completed in as little as 30 minutes by users of any skill level.

AmplifyRP Isothermal Amplification - AmplifyRP Discovery Kits

AmplifyRP Acceler8 - Discovery Kit

AmplifyRP® Acceler8® is an end-point isothermal nucleic acid amplification and detection technology that achieves the sensitivity and specificity of PCR based testing methods, but has some clear advantages. Unlike PCR, AmplifyRP Acceler8 does not require thermal cycling. The entire process is completed at a single operating temperature (39°C) using a portable hot block or fluorometer. Additionally, AmplifyRP® Acceler8® does not require a DNA or RNA purification step. Crude sample extracts can be prepared using a simple extraction buffer and can be tested directly. This makes the testing process very simple and saves the end user valuable time.

Controls - Negative Controls

Agdia - Negative Control for Acidovorax Avenae Subsp. Citrulli (Aac)

Intended Use: This negative control is intended for use in ELISA test formats. Lyophilized controls should be reconstituted with the sample extract buffer designated in your test user guide.

Controls - Positive Controls

Agdia - Positive Control for Acidovorax Avenae (Aa)

Synonym: Pseudomonas avenae. Intended Use: This positive control is intended for use in ELISA test formats. Lyophilized controls should be reconstituted with the sample extract buffer designated in your test user guide.

Pathogen Tests

Agdia - ELISA Abscisic Acid

This Phytodetek enzyme immunoassay presents a convenient method for the quantitative determination of abscisic acid in a variety of plant tissue. Much like other quantitative methods such as HPLC and GC, the Phytodetek kits provide an analysis tool with the added benefit of multi sample analysis for a reasonable cost. The Phytodetek product line has been serving the scientific community for over 20 years and numerous publications and data have been generated for this test system. Any search engine can be used to find these publications simply by searching the term `Phytodetek` and `ABA`.
