With over 70 quarries we can supply a wide range of crushed rock materials. Our crushed rock includes granite, limestone, gritstone and basalt. Progressive stages of crushing and screening enable us to produce a range of aggregate sizes and we offer a range of polished stone value (PSV), including 70+PSV.

Materials from our quarries are used for vital river and sea defence work. We supply rock armour stone that complies to CIRIA specifications, together with rip-rap, gabions and walling stone.

In keeping with our strong commitment to sustainable construction we are heavily involved in sourcing quality waste arising’s and secondary aggregates all over Great Britain in order to produce products for construction and building materials.

LytaFill is a specialist bulk fill developed by Lytag that can be used bonded or unbonded for maximum flexibility.

Lytag aggregate can be used within a screed system, potentially reducing the weight over conventional screeds by 50%.

We manufacture a range of bulk cement products suitable for most construction requirements. Manufactured from our two cement plants, the Lafarge range of cement and specialist products has been used on some of the most iconic construction projects.

Lafarge packed products are developed, manufactured and supplied to the building industry with six fundamental principles in mind; innovation, reliability, history, quality, sustainability and health and safety. We support these principles as the supplier, as part of the LafargeHolcim group.

Typically substitution rates are between 30-50%. GGBS reduces the risk of sulfate attack on the concrete.  The reaction of the GGBS particles is also slower which makes it suitable for mass pours as the risk of thermal cracking is reduced.

For when speed is paramount. Rapid hardening cement is designed for applications which require high early strengths.  Ideal for pre-cast operations or where formwork is used.

Masterlite Pro Fairfaced concrete building blocks offers an economical solution to undecorated masonry walls. The use of carefully selected aggregates gives a close texture with a high degree of colour consistency and a natural colour.
