The self loading Z577 bale wrapper has a side loader which ensures quick and effective loading, because the collection and wrapping happens while driving to the next bale or to the stacking site. The machine is equipped with a film cutter – grabber, which limits the involvement of the user to loading a new roll of film. After wrapping the bale can be inverted and stood on end with the use of the bale on end kit, which reduces the risk of damaging of the film. It is equipped with a 500 mm and 750 mm universal film pre-stretcher. The loading arm and the roller spacing are adjustable which allows for the wrapping of bales sized 1200×1200 and 1200×1500 mm. The wrapper is equipped with a rotation system of the wheel axle, which on the one hand results in a smaller size of the machine during transport and on the other more stability during operation (greater machine width). Special construction of the four driving rollers prevents the bale from sliding during wrapping.
