Boiler Systems

Agro - Water Tube Boiler

The AGRO Water Tube Boiler was specially designed for the use of biomass-fuelled equipment. The very spacious layout of the heat exchanger surfaces, as well as in the radiation and convection areas, guarantees a high degree of efficiency and an extremely long period of operation between cleanings.  Steam parameters: up to 65 bar, 480° C Overheating. Hot water: 210° C

Flue Gas Condensation

Flue Gas Condensation System

By using AGRO Flue Gas Condensation, biomass furnaces can be operated with condensing technology. By the energy-efficient utilisation of latent warmth at a return temperature of lower than 45° C, over 100% efficiency can be achieved. The self-cleaning model of the AGRO Flue Gas Condensation is particularly advantageous.

Flue Gas Cleaning

Agro - Flue Gas Cleaning System

Flue gas cleaning is carried out by an electric filter system. An electric filter system is an electrical system for capturing solid airborne particles from the gas flow using the force of an electrical field. Here the attracting property of electrical forces is utilised on electrically charged particles. Because this principle is effective even on very fine particles, electrical precipitators are some of the highest-performing de-dusters, with a separation efficiency of up to 99%. They are preferred for the cleaning of large amounts of gas at high temperatures, and boasts comparatively low energy consumption.

Controller Technology

Agro - Operating System and Human-Machine Interface

AGRO employs a modern and user-friendly human/machine interface as a communication medium. The performance data and operating conditions continuously collected and processed by the process control logic (PLC) are shown on the visual display system with clear system graphics. Operating commands are carried out menu-controlled via a PC and sent to the PLC. Current as well as continuously recorded process data are available to operating personnel in the form of configurable curve representations or protocols and tables.  After consulting with the customer, AGRO can interactively access this human/machine interface via a remote maintenance connection and actively support operating personnel as needed.
