The new M-SERIES is the result of Agtron’s 50 years of experience supplying analytical equipment to the food industry. It is an all solid-state replacement for the previous Agtron M-35 general application analyzer.

The new S-SERIES II is the result of Agtron’s 50 years of experience supplying analytical equipment to the food industry. It is a reflectance measuring abridged spectrophotometer designed specifically to deal with the challenge of measuring color and process related change associated with food products. It is an all solid-state replacement for the previous Agtron M-45D general application small area analyzer. 

The E20-CP is an abridged spectrophotometer designed specifically to address the special requirements associated with evaluating and quantifying the roast of whole bean and ground coffee. Unlike general "color" instruments, the E20-CP operates in the near-infrared energy band where the highest spectral reflectance activity occurs as a function of degree of roast.

The M-BASIC II is an abridged spectrophotometer designed specifically to address the special requirements associated with evaluating and quantifying the roast of whole bean and ground coffee. Unlike general "color" instruments, the M-BASIC II operates in the near-infrared energy band where the highest spectral reflectance activity occurs as a function of degree of roast.

The E30-FP is specifically designed to address the special requirements associated with evaluating color changes relative to the frying process of French Fried Potatoes. The Agtron E30-FP is a ratioing abridged spectrophotometer which replaces the industry standard Agtron E15-FP.  The E30-FP is a direct reading reflectance abridged spectrophotometer designed to provide the ratio of reflectance of a product in two spectral modes, near infrared and green. The ratio is automatically computed and digitally displayed as a single number.
