In water supply and wastewater sanitation, the AdP Group operations comprise the urban water cycle, integrating the water collection, treatment, storage and supply and urban and industrial wastewater collection, treatment and disposal, including its recycling and reuse.

Through EGF and Multi-Municipal Systems for Treatment and Recovery of Urban Solid Waste, the AdP Group plays a key role in supporting the creation and definition of environmental policies and in the implementation of solutions for a sustainable management of waste.

Group AdP strategy in terms of renewable resources involves maximizing use of its endogenous assets and resources, namely the water and wastewater treatment processes by-products and contribute to sustainable development, rationalizing energy consumption and reducing or compensating for Greenhouse Gas emissions.
