AgXcel’s line of diaphragm pumps are the most complete and accurate line of hydraulically driven pumps available for applying a variety of liquids including herbicides, pesticides, liquid fertilizers and hard-to-handle chemicals. The GX5 pumps are available in a large flow range and this is due to fact that they are hydraulically controlled. They deliver the highest grade of reliability, rapid rate response, and require minimal maintenance. The GX5 is a positive displacement pump. So for every revolution an equal amount of flow per revolution is pumped. Positive displacement pumps, unlike centrifugal, can produce the same flow at a given speed (RPM) no matter what the discharge pressure. Thus, positive displacement pumps are constant flow machines making the GX5 one of the most accurate volume placement pumps on the market paired with a PWM driver and a Magnetic Flowmeter.

The AgXcel GX6 Precision Fertilizer Application solution is designed for the precision placement and measurement of specialized fertilizers like Black Label, Hydrahume and or lower volume applications like Capture LFR have also been used for overall liquid placement when viscosity is a managing concern.

The AgXcel GX20 Intelligent Chemical Mixer is another quality product from the AgXcel Intelligent line of solutions. The GX20 allows users to create liquid batch/recipes with various types of fertilizers and chemicals. In the Ag space customers have the need to create a recipe of chemicals using multiple fertilizers, insecticides, micro-nutrient and or fungicide mixes.
