Filter medias are generally used with metal mesh backings and/or plastic mesh for production of Panel filters. We complete the entire range of panel filter medias.

Our cabin air filter products consist of fine fibres and electrostatic charge that increase sub-micron particle retention with reduced pressure drop. We produce composite Medias using PBT and cellulose paper for fuel water separation. Use of this media ensures removal of moisture from fuel and improves the life of the engine.

We produce the fully synthetic oil medias which can be used with wire mesh backing for oil filtration for the heavy duty application.

In the recent times of swine flu, avian flu and other such pandemics, we have realized a need for the requirement of high-efficiency filter media. Supplied on a global basis our filter medias are used in both flat as well as moulded masks. Our media’s adhere to the US respiratory standards like N95, NIOSH or the European standards of FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 as per EN149 specifications. The media is characterized by exceptional uniformity and high bacterial and particle filtration efficiency (BFE & PFE) which enables the user to prepare respirators and masks of the highest quality.

AIM has developed fully synthetic oil media to increase the dust holding capacity for heavy duty and commercial vehicles. It’s a unique product with very high efficiency and high dust holding capacity. It’s used along with metal mesh backing or plastic mesh backing. The media are made using best of the global technology. Aim employs various technologies like meltblowns, thermal bonding, needle punching, chemical bonding, scatter coating, nano technology, nano fibers, PU coating and so on!

AIM produces nominally rated spun melt filter cartridges. Produced with 100% pure FDA complaint polypropylene the melt blown manufacturing method is used for the improvement of mechanical strength and steady maintenance of filtering accuracy by 3D polymeric fibrous structures. It has a high flow rate, low-pressure drop and longer service life. The cartridge is self-bonded with no chemical binder.
