Dedusting

Air Ecosystem - Bags Filter System

The bag filter “PES” provides automatic cleaning through istantaneous jets of compressed air, blown into the bags. These jets, due to the Venturi effect, drag in secondary clear air, causing the shaking and the backwashing of the bags at the same time.

Air Ecosystem - Dedusting Cartridgest Filter System

The deduster “FCO” is a self-cleaning filter with air-jet counter-current system, with high filtration efficiency, which enables to reach filtration levels comparable to seeds absolute filters (eff.> 99.9% on particles from 0,5 micron) with emissions at the chimney dedusting.

Deodorization

Air Ecosystem - Scrubber System

The scrubbers are used for smoke dedusting, for the purification of gases containing organic and inorganic volatile substances and the deodorization of foul-smelling gases. V.O.C. and V.I.C. chemical/physical absorption can be mainly used for all substances that are soluble in water or aqueous solutions of adequate chimical reagents. The choice of the reagent or the type of equipment depends on the chemical composition of the compound to be absorbed and its solubility.

Air Ecosystem - Activated Carbon Filter System

The activated carbon filter can be used in the deodorization and the removal of volatile chimical compounds from specific processing air fluxes. It is composed of a central body, containing the absorbent material, with a distributor for the gas input in order to minimize preferential pathways. Air goes at low speed through the carbon bed, which retain pollutants through absorption. Upstream the filter there are a series of inserted prefilters for dedusting which diminish the absorption efficiency. Prefilters are made of pleated mattresses to increase the contact surface.

Suction

Air Ecosystem - Suction with Hoods

The presence of dust and gas inside the workplace spaces has always been a major problem for workers’ health. Our company has developed suction systems which help eliminating these substances and improve workplace health and hygiene conditions. The chosen systems can provide fixed or mobile hoods, which can reach a degree of collection which would be impossible to obtain through traditional fixed systems. Hoods are sized according to the technical and dimensional requirements of each workplace.

Air Ecosystem - Centralized Cleaning System

The cleaning of industrial spaces, buses and train locomotives can be easily performed through the installation of a centralized cleaning system. The solution we suggest consists of a high vacuum centralized suction system with small diameter piping network, extended to all working spaces.

Air Ecosystem - Pneumatic Conveying System

The powder and granule transport can be achieved by means of pneumatic systems which can be both at high pressure and low speed (> 1 bar) and at low pressure and high speed (< 1 bar). The first use a low pressure blower or a fan as a carrier, while the power supply system is made up of dedicated unloaders. The second type of system uses compressed air to carry the product across the line at relatively low speeds. These systems are equipped with a propeller for transport in dense phase (commonly called "pear") to maintain pressure along the line. With these techniques it is possible to transport the substances with low power and operating costs which are low if compared to usual mechanical transport systems. These devices lead to a complete automation, completely avoiding secondary environmental problems with hazardous dust.
