Surface aerators are designed to ensure quality water management for ponds, lakes and lagoons. When these devices are properly installed and maintained, aerators can ensure proper aeration thereby keeping water fresh, vibrant and healthy. Good water management means protecting water so that people, as well as the environment, do not suffer. Today’s modern surface aerators are energy-efficient, highly effective and affordable. Best of all, surface aerators can be installed with minimal disruption and in a short amount of time. If you are unsure of how much aeration you need, as a general rule, approximately one-horsepower per surface area is sufficient, depending on the biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) for a lake or pond.

The Aquarian Commercial is a floating surface aerator for aerating and mixing water & wastewater lagoon applications – available with a two or three horsepower Franklin Electric Submersible motor. Originally engineered for the tough wastewater lagoon environment that small and large municipalities must manage, the Commercial is also a formidable solution for industrial point source applications. Additional uses are cattle, hog, and chicken retention applications.

The Aquarian Quantum is a floating surface aerator for aerating and mixing in water & wastewater lagoons. The product comes standard with a Franklin Electric Submersible Motor available in 5, 7.5, 10, 15, and 20 horsepower.

Subsurface aerators, or diffused aeration systems, are designed as an alternative source of aeration taking oxygen to a pond’s lowest depth along the bottom. Diffused air systems utilize an air compressor, located on the shore, that delivers oxygen through a hose to a special diffuser lying on the pond bottom.  Air-O-Lator subsurface aerators can be used in conjunction with the Aquarian or FontN-Aire product lines.

The Font`N-Aire line includes both floating decorative and aerating fountains. The decorative fountains utilize a centrifugal pump that pulls liquid from the bottom of large and small bodies of water then pushes it through a column creating beautiful spray patterns. Our aerating fountains are engineered to improve water quality. Fountains are equipped with an eco-friendly motor, multiple spray patterns, a flow reduction disc, a time clock and a one-year warranty.

The Direct Drive is ideal when a mixer is needed for continuous underwater operation for mixing solids in wastewater.

The Ice-Away, the original de-icer developed in 1967, is a submersible mixer specifically designed to keep ice from forming around docks or piers and to prevent fish kill in ponds.

The floating or floor mounted horizontal aspirating mixer is available in either the 1, 2,3 horsepower, 230 volt, 1 phase or 1.5, 2 & 3 horsepower, 230 volt or 460 volt, 3 phase.

The aspirating mixer is capable of handling raw, screened sewage and designed so that 95% of the entire weight of the aspirating mixer assembly is below the water surface.
