Part our ‘ECO Range’ of modular filters, Modulair Dust Units are suitable for medium to large-sized applications and can be installed externally or internally in larger buildings. The units are ideally suited for workplaces operating a single shift per day. The filters have a unique non-blocking filter sleeve arrangement together with careful airflow modelling.

Part of our Advanced Filter Technology (AFT) range of filters, the Cyclofilter employs an automatic reverse jet filter cleaning system. Reverse jet cleaning enables continuous “online” cleaning to ensure effective extraction for workplaces operating up to 24 hours a day. This is achieved by maintaining a constant pressure drop across the filters media, using Air Plants Dust Extraction Ltd intelligent clean-on demand pulse system. The filter units are suitable for medium to large-sized applications and can be installed either externally or internally.

Part of our “AFT range” of filters, the Multiair Dust Collector employs an automatic reverse jet filter cleaning system. Reverse jet cleaning enables continuous “online” cleaning to ensure effective extraction for workplaces operating up to 24 hours a day, by maintaining a near-constant pressure drop across the filters, all being controlled by our intelligent clean-on demand pulse system. The filter units are suitable for medium to large-sized applications and can be installed externally or internally in larger buildings.

The Jet Air Mini reverse jet cartridge dust collector is compact in design ensuring valuable production space to be maximised. It achieves this by using 120mm diameter conical cartridge filters which offer large filter areas compared with dust collectors using bag filters. This makes the unit highly versatile that enables it, with appropriate filter media, suitable for a variety of applications in various industries. The unit can be located indoors or outdoors. If handling an explosive dust, it can be supplied with anti-static features and explosion protection in compliance with the ATEX regulations.

The Jet Air Core reverse jet cartridge dust collector is suitable for systems with medium to large air volume requirements. The unit is compact in design ensuring valuable production space to be maximised. It achieves this by using 200mm diameter cartridge filters which, when compared with a bag filter, offer larger filter areas. This makes the unit highly versatile enabling it, with appropriate filter media, to be suitable for a variety of applications in various industries. The unit can be located indoors or outdoors. If handling an explosive dust, it can be supplied with anti-static features and explosion protection in compliance with the ATEX regulations.

The pre-separator cyclone is used to reduce the partial loading of the polluting elements present in the air, to limit the dust load arriving at the filter. The separator cyclone is able to remove a high percentage of the incoming dust by exploiting the centrifugal force to which the dispersed particles are subjected. Our cyclones are sturdy, economical, easy to install and transport and require very little maintenance.

The CEF is a robust completely self-contained dust collector, with a high-efficiency multi-sleeve bag filter element, integral fan, acoustic attenuation, side-mounted shaker cleaning motor and automatic cleaning controller.
