The Breather Box is a portable Grade-D filtration system designed to provide breathing air for a specific number of workers. The system filters incoming air from a compressor to provide ­respirator users with Grade-D quality air and ­monitors for CO and/or Oxygen.

The Twin-Air compressor system has been designed to provide Grade-D breathing air to 3 workers wearing pressure demand respirators. The TA-3 has twin ASME receiver tanks that act as the mounting frame for the compressor. The use of the receiver tanks provides air that has been cooled to within 10 degrees of the ambient temperature. We`ve added pneumatic tires for ease of mobility in rough terrain and a bottom skid plate for going up or down stairs. This plate becomes the frame for the addition of a reserve air cylinder on the model TA-3EA. This compressor is not designed for use with constant flow respirators or Vortex cooling tubes.

Provides approximately 50°F output air temperature with input temperatures up to 180°F. Provides 4 to 8 hours of cooling using 20 lbs. of ice for operation. Manual condensate drain installed inside. Attaches to any Grade-D compressed air source up to 125psi.  Adjustable pressure regulator, gauge, and safety relief valve installed in the system with a final filter on Model BACB-196. Entire unit is packaged in a rugged Igloo® roller cooler with a fold down pull handle.

Air Systems` cascade fill assemblies are used for refilling either 2216 or 4500psi SCBA cylinders. Fill assemblies include a 5 ft. high pressure fill whip with gauge, universal hand-tight nut, on/off and bleed valve. Cylinder connecting whips are supplied with a CGA stem, nut, and tee assembly. Additional cylinder connecting whips can be added to the assemblies for multiple or extended SCBA fill capacity.

The patented TECH-RESCUE Cart has been designed to provide air for all of the various respirators and unique rescue tools that are used by Fire and Technical Rescue teams.Air Systems has designed a unique stainless steel cart with a color-designated control panel to allow one side of the panel to be used for primary respirator breathing air and one side for tool/secondary  air requirements.Two 2216/4500 cylinders or high pressure cascade (fire truck) cylinder air can be used to operate the air control panel. The standard features of the TECH-RESCUE Cart make it the most versatile and unique air cart in the fire service industry.
