The origin of “Flakt” style of Precipitator is from Sweden. Presently, these ESP’s are known as of Alstom type & many of such Precipitators are operating in Cement, Steel, Paper & Power Sector. We, at “Air Systems”, offer most of the replacement parts for Flakt style Precipitators. There ESP’s are normally equipped with spiral type stainless Discharge Electrodes with Hooks on both sides. The height of the Discharge Electrodes vary from site to site.

ASL supply high quality Discharge Electrodes of both designs for Lurgi type ESP. Our Electrodes offers superior corona generation and are most reliable. Emitting electrode installed in Lurgi style precipitators are specially manufactured of 3 types. Most of the components for precipitators are sold by us to direct end users. These parts of Lurgi style are usually stock items, allowing customers keep smaller amount of their own inventory. Air systems also manufacture various profiles of Collecting Electrodes & other internals for Lurgi style Precipitators.

Collecting Plates / Electrodes are manufactured in our groups’ facility. In house engineering and design, and a dedicated quality assurance staff ensures that you receive the most durable & precision made Collecting Electrodes to suit all most all styles of Electrostatic Precipitators. We, at Air Systems, offer Collecting Plates in thickness of 1.25 to 1.6 mm, to different profiles and in lengths up to 16.5 meters.

ASL offers replacement Emitting / Discharge Electrodes for many Precipitator designs. The standard Emitting Electrode is designed for longer life with a high tensile strength. For Discharge Electrodes of Alstom style ESP’s, the shrouded hook ends of Electrodes are manufactured with the Electrode wire inserted through the shroud prior to forming the hook, thus eliminating the requirement for crimping. We manufacture different designs of Discharge Electrodes to OEM standards, using varieties of raw materials.
