AirBench EX models are standard duty downdraft benches, constructed from robust anodised aluminium frame sections and plastic coated leathercloth grey steel outer panels, with galvanised steel inners. The surface is constructed from 3mm thick perforated steel, powder coated after fabrication with a smooth finish. Filters are positively clamped against soft rubber seals; filters can be quickly accessed via the top for cleaning. Replacement is via removal of the front cover. Filter changes can be accomplished in minutes.

Some dust extraction applications are too large for an AirBench. For these applications we use VertEx, our modular cross-draught extraction system. VertEx draws large volumes of air sideways, past the operator, and into internal filters, returning clean air to the room. Multiple VertExes can be installed together alongside our standard booth components to form a walk-in extracted booth.

The heavy duty AirBench FN range comprises 5 downdraught benches in which filters are accessed via a hinged front panel for operator convenience; suitable for most applications but designed to cope with heavy industrial use. FN models can be supplied with a wide range of alternative filter configurations to suit different fume and dust extraction applications.

The heavy duty AirBench FPK range comprises 3 downdraught benches with kneespace, designed for comfortable full time seated working. These types are designed for higher surface loadings but also ideal for applications requiring customisation or additional fittings, for example customer-specific mounting attachments. FPK models can be supplied with a wide range of alternative filter configurations to suit different fume and dust extraction applications.

AirBench RP introduces a step-change in downdraught bench technology. RP uses an integral air tank to clean its filters on demand using a blast of compressed air. These models are suitable for high dust generation applications for non-explosive dusts, and are particularly well suited to stone masons. AirBench RP is available in various size and layout configurations to suit your working environment.

The heavy duty AirBench FPW and FPT ranges comprise 2 downdraught benches designed specifically for welding and grinding applications. FPW and FPT use a unique spark-trap layout and 3 stage filter system to protect the final filter from spark and allow the capture of hot materials. The FPT type also benefits from integral kneespace for seated working. FPW and FPT are available with H13 final filtration for hazardous welding fume.

AirBench BD is a self-contained blowdown station designed for the removal of coolant, swarf, and other contaminants from components. Pressing the foot pedal operates the suction system and also allows the compressed air gun to work. Droplets can be manually blown from parts and into the integral bin; fugitive mist and droplets are prevented from escaping by the polycarbonate screen. BD is available in 500mm and 1000mm widths.

Some applications are poorly suited to standard dry filtration – for example, titanium dusts. For these applications, an external wet filter unit should be used. We offer packaged solutions consisting of standard downdraught benches designed for connection to external filtration; complete with a suitably sized wet filter unit. Downdraught benches can be supplied in alternative specifications and sizes; larger wet filters can be used to power multiple benches.

The light duty AirBench DB range comprises 6 downdraught benches which are designed for inserting in an existing work surface; for integration in existing workbench layouts. DB models can be supplied with a wide range of alternative filter configurations to suit different fume and dust extraction applications.
