The ACC1005 is a single zone FFU Control Console that can mount in a panel cut-out (ACC1005 PO) or in a single-gang box (ACC1005). Designed for individual units (flow hoods), small cleanrooms and mini-environments, the ACC1005 can provide FFU control and monitoring with alarm notification. The unit accepts Individual or Global commands, provides RPM feedback with EC FFU units and supports monitoring of pressure switches and/or a differential pressure or air-flow sensor.

The console provides communication (MODBUS-RTU platform), system monitoring (and FFU control) in one easy-to-use package. TheZephyr 2console supports cleanroom monitoring up to 6 rooms. Zephyr platform comes with a “MONITORING PACKAGE” as STANDARD – sensor DATA-LOG, remote download access to local PC (CSV file), ALARM NOTIFICATION (audible buzzer) and EMAIL FAULT NOTIFICATION  are built-in features that come STANDARD on the ZEPHYR x line and provide USP797/800 data and support for your cleanroom needs. Sensor measurements can be locally adjusted to match the NIST certifier data to allow calibration adjustment.

AirCare Automation`s Zephyr 3 — Field Configure Monitoring Console intelligently MONITORS and CONTROLS clean room and facility environments. The console provides communication (MODBUS-RTU platform), system monitoring (and FFU control) in one easy-to-use package. The Zephyr 3 console supports cleanroom monitoring up to 12 rooms - with ability to add FFU control for up to a total of 120 FFU addresses. Plug-and Play, the Console is field configurable to match your facility layout needs. The Zephyr 3 Console is supplied in a White Steel enclosure (ACPNL08 with SMPS) to easily wall mount. Ethernet Access provides remote access to the console, e-mail alarm notification and data-log download for the sensor readings.

The console provides communication (MODBUS-RTU platform), unit control, and system monitoring in one easy-to-use package. With the AirCareConsole™no programming is necessary to install a network. The console will automatically scan the network and the units/system can be configured through a simple menu driven format. The single zone AirCareConsole™has 2 models that can control up to 25 or 125 VariPhase/ACM addresses. The ACC1-25 controls up to 25 VariPhase/ACM addresses.

AirCare Automation’s ACC7032 – Field Configure FFU Control Console with Environment Monitoring intelligently MONITORs and CONTROLs clean room and facility environments. The console provides communication (MODBUS-RTU platform), unit control, and system monitoring in one easy-to-use package. The ACC7032 provides Environment Monitoring with up to 6 analog sensors that can be monitored and data-logged. The ACC7032 console supports fan control networks consisting of up to 100 FFU units organized in up to 8 groups. Plug-and Play, the Console is field configurable to match you facility layout needs. It has remote alarm trigger and remote set-back (shut-down).

Dual Setpoint EC Interface Module for GENTEQ 2.3/EON and US Motors/Nidec Motors. The ACM2100 Dual Setpoint EC Module allows the user to set the motor speed and remotely switch the speed through an open-closed contact (switch). The unit contains two onboard potentiometers to allow the customer to manually set both speeds. Onboard Digital multi-meter nodes provide setpoint and RPM measurements. The remote open-closed contact selects which potentiometer setting to apply.
