Vacuum systems for applications where it can be possible to suck in non aggressive liquids and, specially, air saturated of humidity, for example in the process of manipulation of stone, granite, marble, glass, etc. The tank has a double function: to act as a liquid decanter and to be a vacuum lung.

AIRTECH ASC Side channel blowers are dynamic compressors, in which contactless rotating impellers transfer energy to the conveyed medium. The gas to be conveyed is sucked in via integrated sound absorbers and the energy transfer then takes place repeatedly in a machine stage. On the pressure side of the side channel, the gas is stripped off at the interceptor point and flows to the pressure-side connection via a second integrated sound absorber. The energy transmission takes place in one stage, or for higher differential pressures in two stages by means of two series-connected impellers.

AIRTECH ACT turbo blowers are dynamic blowers that transfer kinetic energy to the medium agent by a contactless rotating impeller. The gas is drawn in axially by a specially developed high performance turbo impeller. The minimized internal losses lead to an extremely effective while silent compression at rotational speeds up to 30.000 rpm. The tangential outlet position can be individually selected according to customers the needs in the application. The reliable squirrel cage blower motors are also available with integrated plug and play frequency converter.

AIRTECH AAC Vacuum- & pressure limiting valves are optimally matched to your AS side channel compressor and are set to the necessary differential pressure in the factory. The valves can optionally be set for vacuum or pressure and are also available in different sizes. In addition, each valve can also be selected as a component with a T-piece and double nipple.

AIRTECH AAC passage filters are optimally matched to your AS. side channel compressor and are delivered ready for assembly. The inline filters can optionally be delivered with a polyester insert or a stainless steel wire mesh.

AIRTECH AAC suction filters are optimally matched to your AS. side channel compressor and are delivered ready for assembly. The open wire mesh filters can be cleaned by blowing out with compressed air and can be reused (on the left in the image). Furthermore, we have compact, open polyester filters without housing in our programme. These can be plugged directly into the intake socket (the centre of the image). Our covered filters can be delivered with polyester cartridges or with stainless steel wire mesh cartridges (on the right in the image).

AIRTECH AAC additional silencers are optimally matched to your AS. side channel compressor. They can optionally be used as intake or discharge sound absorbers. Our range of silencers includes flexible or solid types with threaded connections and sound absorbers with protective grilles.
