Airtech AC Series vacuum boosters are positive displacement, roots-type blowers intended for use in conjunction with a mechanical backing pump. The AC booster pumps have a simple weighted bypass design that allows start-up from atmosphere.

Airtech Central Oil-less Compressed Air Systems are designed for medical & laboratory applications where oil-free air is required. The heart of our system is an oil-less reciprocating air compressor complete with cast aluminum crank case, heat dissipating aluminum alloy cylinders, sealed bearings and high grade PTFE compression and guide rings. The fully automated system can be tank mounted, base mounted in horizontal or vertical configuration. All systems are completely factory assembled, piped and wired to simplify field installation.

The 3AL is an ideal alternative to rotary vane vacuum pumps and older liquid ring technology. The 3AL arrives ready to use and requires no external water or oil supply. It has a self- contained internal water circuit, is oil and maintenance free, and is insensitive to dust and water vapor. The only thing it discharges is cool, clean air. 3AL pumps are manufactured by Airtech up to sizes with capacities of 260 CFM and can achieve vacuum pressure of 28.5”Hg (35 torr). Optional air-jets can be utilized to achieve vacuum levels better than 29.5”Hg (10 torr).

Airtech liquid ring vacuum pumps and liquid ring compressors are rotating, non-pulsating, positive displacement pumps. Liquid ring vacuum pumps, also known as water ring vacuum pumps, contain a single moving part, the rotor. The rotor is located eccentrically within a cylindrical casing. Liquid is supplied to the pump and by centrifugal force, forms a liquid ring around the casing which results in the formation of compression chambers.
