In all sectors of industry, air is used in production processes. This may involve cooling, heating, drying, humidifying, cleaning, or a combination thereof. Based on the specific characteristics of the process and your requirements, we design and build complete, customer-specific process air treatment systems, including air supply and process control, to condition process air such that it can be used for your process.

Wide variety; Airtechnic provides a wide range of dust collectors. For capacities up to 10,000 m³ per hour we offer dust collectors manufactured by MIX Srl. For larger capacities or very special applications we design dust collectors in-house. The basis of dust collectors designed by Airtechnic forms the oval shaped bag filters. The main advantage of oval-shaped filter elements opposed to the use of circular filter elements, is the compact construction, so less space in your facility is needed for installing the dust collector.

Activated carbon; For the purification of air streams containing odours or toxic gases and vapors, activated carbon filters are applied. The performance of activated carbon is based on the principle of adsorption and chemical sorption. In particular hydrocarbons (VOC`s) are trapped by adsorption. These molecules bind through vanderWaals forces to the activated carbon. The porous structure of activated carbon has a very large contact area and hence high gas adsorption capacity.

Oxygen; Air supply to one or several tanks in order to bring oxygen to bacteria which degrade the organic matter. To inject this air, the blower must overcome the resistance, or backpressure, due to the water height and diffuser/piping losses.

Continental Industrie blowers and exhausters are robust machines which require a minimum amount of maintenance. When used properly and with regular maintenance you can enjoy your machine much longer. At one of our Dutch customers, some machines are already in use since 1969.

Airtechnic Solutions supports you with your maintenance and revision of Continental blowers and exhausters. On the one hand by providing maintenance information and on the other hand by carrying out maintenance and revision of your machines. Depending on the type of activity this can be done on site or in a specialized work shop.
