Constructed using 100% synthetic fibers in polypropylene, polyester, HT, and PTFE. The proper combination of fiber diameters, weights, and thickness result in an economical depth filter media. To reduce fiber migration, polypropylene bags are treated with a glazed finish, while polyester and HT bags are singed.

Steel-ring bags have a galvanized steel ring (stainless steel optional) sewn into the top of the bag. They are supplied with sewn seams standard. Plastic flange bags have a specially-designed flange sewn to the top of the bag. They are supplied with sewn seams standard (welded collars available upon request). High quality monofilament and multifilament mesh filter bags constructed using 100% synthetic fibers in polypropylene and polyester/nylon for economical surface retention filtration.

Designed for longer service life, AJR Filtration`s POEX filter bags are composed of a technologically advanced fiber blend resulting in a thicker yet lightweight felt with a greater depth loading structure than traditional felt filter bags. The unique media design results in a significantly increased dirt holding capacity and improved collection efficiency without higher initial differential pressure.

AJR Filtration`s XOAM is a cost-effective filter bag solution for absolute filtration applications. This revolutionary high-capacity oil absorbing filter bag called XOAM is uniquely designed to be one of the highest capacity oil absorbing filter bags in the industry. The multi-layers of microfiber media not only retain oil but increase overall collection efficiency to 95% or greater on microns ranging from 0.5 to 150. XOAM bags are designed to fit into a standard Size #1 or #2 housing and are available with 7-inch diameter galvanized steel or stainless-steel rings or our 7-inch diameter P, F, or OSS plastic flange with positive seal.  

Polypropylene and polyester microfiber materials provide high efficiencies at low micron ratings. The optional addition of a needle punched felt layer provides a prefilter zone and results in extended life. This multilayer technology option results in a true graded density material with high performance levels.

AJR Filtration manufactures high quality OEM replacement Dust Collection Cartridges. We offer replacement cartridges for most common designs by every major manufacturer of cartridge style dust collectors. We stock common materials such as cellulose, cellulose fire retardant, spun-bonded (regular, aluminized, and with PETE membrane). Material sheets are readily available upon request. AJR Filtration’s dust to ensure that they able to withstand the environments to which they are exposed. Industrial processes that benefit from the use of cartridge collectors include grinding, sanding, welding metal fabrication, powder coating, cutting, deburring, chemical processing, food processing, printing, trimming, and mixing.

The AJR-PLEAT UBL series of molded end pleated dust filter elements are engineered to fit most common industry 5.75” diameter bottom bag removal dust collector styles with integral bag cups/hubs. Two internal ribs provide a positive seal to either the MAC AV hub (top rib) or Flex-Kleen style bag cup (lower rib.) After installation a worm gear clamp is applied to the respective top or bottom outer groove to complete the seal.

The AJR-PLEAT MTL series of molded end top loading pleated dust filter elements are engineered to fit industry standard 6.20”, 6.25”, and 6.375” diameter tubesheet holes. The MTL series fits tubesheets up to 3/16” thick. This filter design can be used for either tubesheet hole diameter by changing the precision-engineered stainless steel snap ring, included with each filter to provide a dust-tight seal.

The AJR-PLEAT LBB series of molded end pleated dust filter elements are engineered to fit most common industry 5.75” diameter bottom bag removal dust collector styles with integral bag cups/hubs and large venturis. The long molded boot allows the existing venturi to sit above the top of the filter to maximize the effective filtration area of the filter. After installation a worm gear clamp is applied to the top outer groove to complete the seal.

AJR Filtration manufactures replacement bags for most industry shaker and pulse jet style collectors. We stock all industry standard medias, as well as specialty medias for high temperature and chemical applications. Additionally, we carry or can source most components necessary to manufacture shaker and pulse jet style bags.
