Penstocks are used in Barrages and Hydroelectric power plants.  These pipes are large diameter. Bending capacity is maximum 3 meter. Pipe fittings are also manufactured by this method.

Rolled steel coil into a pipe and joining it with an automatic submerged arc welding. Wire and powder used in welding are selected according to the quality of steel produced.

Ak Çelik Boru provides services to clients with expert engineers and qualified welders for Pipe Fittings. Below mentioned Pipe Fittings are produced according to AWWA C208, BS 534 standards up to Ø 219 and Ø 3500 mm diameter.
