Akash - Twin-Lobe Roots Blowers
AKASH Twin Lobe Rotary Compressors/Blowers are positive displacement units,whose pumping capacity is determined by size, operating speed and pressureconditions. It employs two Twin Lobe impellers mounted on parallel shafts, rotatingopposite direction within a casing closed at the ends by side plates. As the impellersrotate, air is drawn into one side of the casing and forced out of the opposite sideagainst the existing pressures. The differential pressure developed, therefore, dependsupon the resistance of the connected system. The Blowers, being positivedisplacement type, do not develop pressure within the casing but the dischargepressure depends upon the system resistance / back pressure. A pair of accurately machined alloy steel, hardened and ground timing gears maintainclearances between the impellers, during rotation.

Akash - Positive Displacement Vacuum Pumps/Booster
Positive displacement vacuum pumps/booster are used to create low vacuums. This type of vacuum booster, expands a cavity and allows the gases to flow out of the sealed environment or chamber. After that, the cavity is sealed and causes it to exhaust it to the atmosphere.
Akash - Acoustic Enclosures
Acoustic hood covers the complete blower and motor arrangement. Its fully sound proof cabin decreases the overall sound of the system to the accepted norms as per IS specifications. Provision of exhaust fan decreases heat in the chamber and fixing of the anchor bolts results in rigid base to the acoustic hood. This is a very effective enclosure to provide noise reduction of 15 to 20 dBA or more, to comply with international noise level & is available for all blowers and models.
Akash - Ring Blowers/Side Channel Blowers
Side channel blowers consist of a ring-shaped housing. Side channel and the rotor opposite create a working area between intake and blow-out connections. The blade segments of the rotor suck the air and create radial pressure during turning. The centrifugal force causes the air to be pressed to the outside in the side channel. This creates a circular current between channel and blade segments. Due to the radial pressure, the air to be compressed in the chamber begins turning. The spiral swirling compresses the air several times and causes the pressure to rise. At the end of the chamber the compressed air is then pushed pulsation-free by the rotor through the blow-out connection.
