The PRONGO Specimen Courier Totes are designed utilizing phase change technology for temperature control during transportation of biological specimens within healthcare facilities. They are tested to provide stable performance for Frozen, Refrigerated, and Controlled Room Temperature applications. These totes are integrated with a multiparameter TagBox sensor which provides cloud-based real-time monitoring of payload temperature, humidity, vibration, open-box, and geo-location. These specimen totes ensure temperature stability and real-time monitoring during transportation to minimize specimen rejection.

Designed to work alongside Dry Ice or Wet Ice to increase the duration your frozen or the refrigerated product at desired temperature.

The Akuratemp ATS7 Pre-Validated Parcel Shippers utilize Phase Change Technology as a safe alternative to dry ice for transporting frozen biological products. These shippers feature a holdover time of 24 to 48 hours and are tested to provide stable repeatable performance. Akuratemp ATS7 parcel shipper is integrated with an IoT enabled TagBox sensor that provides real-time temperature monitoring, geo-location tracking, and smart notification capability when paired with a wifi gateway via a cloud-based monitoring platform. The platform includes a proprietary parcel shipper asset management system.  ATS7 multi-use parcel shipping kits are available for purchase and for lease.

The CDC Guidelines for specimen transport (CDC-006-00019 Rev 05 effective July 13, 2020) recommends to store dried primers, probes, and the positive control, nCoVPC, at 2-8°C until re-hydrated for use and Store liquid HSC control materials at ≤ -20°C.
