AL Glove Systems GmbH products
GSB Series
AL Glove Systems - Gloves for Chemical and Gas Protection
AL Glove Systems GSB gloves, made of Bromo-Butyl-Rubber (IIR), with high gas imperme- ability, high resistance to a wide range of toxins, polar hydrocarbons such as, acids, esters, ketones, and amine derivatives. They are highly flexible with a high sensitivity. The GSB Glove is classified as PAH-free.
AL Glove Systems - Gloves for Chemical and Gas Protection
The GSB and GSB S02 gloves, developed by AL Glove Systems, utilize Bromo-Butyl-Rubber (IIR) to deliver high performance in environments requiring resistance to toxins and polar hydrocarbons. Renowned for their high gas impermeability, these gloves are ideal for use in production settings involving inert gas atmospheres. The gloves offer a robust barrier against oxygen, nitrogen, and other inert gases. Both models are antistatic and classified as PAH-free. The GSB gloves balance flexibility and sensitivity, while the GSB S02 variant provides enhanced dexterity and thinner material at just 0.2 mm thickness, optimizing user handling precision. Their resistance to a wide range of acids, esters, ketones, and amine derivatives ensures their suitability for various industrial applications, particularly in electronics manufacturing. Compliance with EU standards underpins their position as a reliable choice for safety-critical tasks.
GSC Series
AL Glove Systems - Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene Glovebox Gloves
The GSC Series Glovebox Gloves by AL Glove Systems are constructed from Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (CSM), a material known for its exceptional resistance to chemical degradation caused by oxygen, ozone, and UV radiation. This makes them particularly suitable for tasks in environments exposed to harsh chemicals and UV-saturated settings like inert gas welding boxes. The gloves exhibit excellent protective properties against acids and alkalis, including concentrated nitric and hydrochloric acids, ammonia, and alcohols, making them ideal for laboratory and industrial applications requiring chemical handling. Additionally, these gloves are resistant to temperatures up to 120 degrees Celsius and vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP), making them apt for use in insulators that undergo VHP disinfection. The gloves are compliant with European safety standards, offering a reliable choice for environments where chemical resistance and material durability are paramount.GSE Series
AL Glove Systems - Gloves for Chemical and Steam Resistancea
AL Glove Systems GSE Gloves made of Ethylene Propylene Diene Rubber (EPDM) show high resistance to most disinfectant chemicals. The elastomer EPDM is resistant to alcohols as well as to acids and alkalis. It also shows good resistance to aging and weathering. Due to its temperature resistance up to 130°C, it is also suitable for steam sterilization.
AL Glove Systems - Glove System for Chemical and Electrical Protection
AL Glove Systems GSE Duo Gloves made of Ethylene Propylene Diene Rubber (EPDM) black/white show high resistance to most disinfectant chemicals. The elastomer EPDM is resistant to alcohols as well as to acids and alkalis. It also shows good resistance to aging and weathering. Due to ist temperature resistance up to 130°C, it is also suitable for steam sterilization.
