AlSlide fluidizing fabrics are a collection of air permeable fabrics that are typically used in air activated gravity conveyors or bin/silo aerators for the conveyance of dry bulk powders. Also referred to as “air-slides” or “fluidizing cloths” these engineered fabrics utilize a dense non-woven construction combined with the structural support of a woven fabric backbone to provide extremely uniform and precise air permeability and flow rates.

Beck Dyeing: rolls are immersed into a stainless steel tank containing dye.  Manufactures then increase the dye to high temperatures and agitate continually thus making the colour come out very even.  This type of dyeing is primarily used in the dyeing of solid colours and also used when dyeing heavier carpet types. Albarrie’s Reel Wrap was designed to protect the carpet from being damaged from the reel slats during the beck dyeing process.

Albarrie’s Geotextiles are heavy weight non-woven fabrics that can be used in civil or environmental engineering and construction projects to filter, stabilize, reinforce, separate, drain and isolate soils. Albarrie produces its’ heavy weight non-woven geotextiles from polypropylene fibers using advanced needlepunch technology for high strength at high elongations.

We can supply cages made from a variety of materials including: Carbon steel, galvanized, stainless steel, epoxy coated. Special finishes, such as epoxy coated, are available to protect in moisture, chemical or acidic conditions.

Our dust collector specialists realized that many baghouses had an inadequate seal on their doors, causing many problems, like: emission failure, increased energy consumption and reduced production times. Albarrie created an innovative solution that not only eliminates these problems, but is easy to install and cost-effective. Albarrie‘s door seal is composed of a fabric strip with an adhesive component that allows for easy installation.

AlSeal™ restricts air entry and heat escape in and out of the drum while aggregates pass through it. Unlike ordinary rubber gaskets, which require frequent replacement and are overly rigid, AlSeal™ dryer drum seals have the ability to compress without leaving gaps – even when uneven surfaces or slight warping of the flange occurs. Our nonwoven and woven fabrics are successfully used in a wide variety of challenging applications. Duo-Density filter media utilizes advanced fiber blending technology to combine multiple fiber sizes into the matrix of the filter media. The blended fiber matrix increases the filtration surface area of the media and reduces pore sizes to increase filtration efficiency across a wide range of particle sizes while maintaining efficient air flows. Available in self supported and scrim supported designs with polyester, PPS, and polyimide (P84®) fibers in weights ranging from 10 to 16 oz/yd2.
