Electronics Recycling Program
Taking your old electronics out of the picture. Alberta’s electronics recycling program is helping protect our environment by keeping old TVs and computers out of our landfills, and away from the e-waste stream flowing into developing countries. There are over 300 collections sites across the province where you to take your end-of-life electronics (the majority of which do not charge to accept these items) so they can be recycled in an effective, secure and environmentally safe manner.
Paint Recycling Program
The Evolution Continues! Building on the success of the Tire and Electronics Recycling programs, Alberta’s newest recycling program will help divert over 1.5 million litres of paint from landfills and the hazardous household waste stream each year.
Tire Recycling Program
Alberta tireless commitment continues. Originally created to deal with the potential environmental threats posed by stockpiles of old tires, Alberta’s tire recycling program has grown into a thriving, innovative industry that is helping keep the province’s environment safe for generations to come.
Household Hazardous Waste Program
Alberta Recycling is proud to extend its expertise and commitment to Albertans and the environment by managing the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) program on behalf of the Government of Alberta.
