The Alco-Sensor IV breathalyzer mouthpiece is disposable and works with the Alco-Sensor IV, RBT IV and Alco-Sensor IV with Memory devices. The Alco-Sensor mouthpiece is designed with a one-way check valve to eliminate the possibility of a subject inhaling or sucking air back through the mouthpiece. This mouthpiece may also be used with the Intox EC/IR family of instruments. Mouthpieces are individually wrapped so they remain sanitary for each testing subject.

The CheckPoint Breath Alcohol Test .02 is an easy-to-use, disposable breath alcohol test that gives instant results. The CheckPoint is an ideal alcohol screening device where zero tolerance alcohol programs need to be enforced.

Use Tamper Evident Tape to attach printed alcohol test results to a DOT or non-DOT Alcohol Test Form. One box of Tamper Evident Tape contains two rolls of tape. Tape is pre-cut into 3″ lengths and is marked “Tamper Evident.” Approximately 600 strips per box.
