Excel is a High Performance Polyethylene (HPPE) pipe for water and sewage duties. It is made from the tough PE100 polymer, which is a stronger, higher density material than PE80, demonstrating high resistance to rapid crack propagation (60°C to -30°C) as well as to long term stress cracking. The Excel pipe range is available in standard sizes from 75mm to 1200mm and in a range of pressure ratings up to 16bar (higher rated pipes may be available to order)

Our PE80 pipe is manufactured from MDPE rather than HDPE PE80.  MDPE has a higher long term stress crack resistance than traditional HDPE PE80.

Long Spigot Fittings are suitable for electrofusion and on-site butt-fusion without any additional pupping needed (provided that machines with narrow clamps are used). Long Spigot fittings are available in SDR11 and SDR17/17.6, in sizes from 315mm to 630mm (dependent on fitting) and come in a wide range of shapes.

The Marley dblue acoustic system is a triple-layer drainage system designed for use where improved levels of soundproofing are required. Suitable for use in domestic applications as well as hospitals and hotels, where reduced noise levels are preferred. Used in conjunction with the acoustic pipe clips, the dblue system is designed to reduce noise and acoustic vibrations to a level of 19db. It is also lightweight, resistant to temperature change and can be installed at temperatures below -10°C. The dblue system is available in 40mm, 50mm, 110mm and 160mm diameters.  It is also compatible with the Marley pvcu soil and waste system for branch connections

The range of Marley sustainable drainage systems includes the Waterloc250 modular geocellular unit and the Flowloc control device. Waterloc250 is ideal for use in either an underground infiltration or attenuation system.  96% of the cell volume is available to store water, minimising the extent of excavation required for the installation.

The Marley Plumbing & Drainage range of underground drainage offers solutions for every type of project: Solid wall pipe and fittings, predominately used for private drainage but suitable for public and private sewers. Sizes available: 110mm & 160mm. Perforated pipe is also available (110mm diameter only). Manufactured to BS EN 1401 & BBA 88/1977 certification.

The SlimFlange PE flange adaptor has a reinforced hoop within the flange face, which removes the need to upsize pumps and valves unlike traditional PE flanges. This can lead to considerable cost savings.

The Push-Fast socket features individual elastromeric sealing and internal grip rings. This allows the joint to resist end-thrust generated by internal pressure and eliminates the need for anchors or thrust blocks.
