The CONTINUFLOC preparation system excels through an optimum granular or concentrated liquid mixture and maximum effectiveness. As a result it saves materials and resources.

In addition to the preparation systems to dissolve and dilute powder and granulate, Alltech also offers special polymer preparation systems for concentrated liquid polyelectrolytes. This is a fully automatic preparation system for liquid polyelectrolytes.

PREPADOS is designed as a single chamber system.

The solution preparation plant for salts with integrated dosing station was specially designed with a salt reserve of approx. 500 kg for the demands of treatment plants with a population of up to 6000 people. Due to its compact size the plant can also subsequently installed through small openings. The semiautomatic system (saturation principle) facilitates through its contact water meter with a subtraction counter and integrated nozzle frame in the tank for a homogenous and good dissolving of ferric salts. Hereby a constant saturation is achieved.

For the dosing of liquid chemicals Alltech Dosieranlagen GmbH designed the piston diaphragm metering pump from the FKM range as early as the late 1980’s. This combines the advantage of membrane pumps and piston pumps in one pump. The metering pumps meet the highest standards for operating safety and precision. The modular system provides a high flexibility that enables the requirements of our customers to be met.

The FKMF is a piston diaphragm dosing pump for exactly dosing almost all liquid chemicals. The output range is from 0-2400 l/h to 0-4000 l/h with a maximum back pressure of 4 bar. Through the use of a new, high-performance, frequency controled hydraulic drive the dosing capacity is continuously linearly adjustable between 0 % and 100 %. Output adjustment occurs on-site via a set point adjuster. Alternatively, the dosing pump can be controlled via an external analogue (4-20 mA) or bus signal.

The Alltech phosphate elimination system is a complete system for the elimination of phosphate, consisting of a storage tank (with certification), dosing station and PROCON output control system. Access ladder and our platform are designed according to accident prevention regulations (UVV Unfallverhütungsvorschrift). Available as pre-assembled system or in components. Suitable for indoor or outdoor installation.

Rectangular tanks with volumes of up to 15 m³ are available as open or closed models in the materials PE, PP, PVC or PVDF.

The VACUTROL type vacuum safety dosing systems are produced in accordance with DIN 19606. These systems excel through their operating safety and low-maintenance demands as well as the high control precision. VACUTROL dosing systems are certified by the Swiss Association for Gas and Water Industry SVGW (certification report no. 9303-3012 dated 2015/11/12).
