ALPHAcoustic – AB.Fos Box are vertical sound-absorbing ceiling baffles with light with a rectangular cross-section. They are chosen in applications that have a minimal, economical character and a simple – Doric style. They are suspended vertically from the ceiling, according to the respective acoustic study.

ALPHA coustic-WP are wooden sound absorptive panels that improve the acoustics of a hall and can be used in different combinational formations to satisfy any architectural requirement of each room.

ALPHAcoustic – AP.Ortho are rectangle acoustic panels with squared edges (rectangular vertexes) fully enclosed with excellent quality fabrics. They eliminate disturbing noise reflections, improve the interior acoustics, reduce the reverberated noise and offer a better acoustic environment.Depending on the requirements of each application, a combination of different sound absorptive materials can be applied to achieve a wide-range frequency absorption.For projects that demand a specific printed theme, we use a high technology printed acoustic textile with unlimited colour choices and image capabilities.Standard Dimensions: 120 x 60 x 5 cm (different shapes, dimensions and thickness available upon request).They come in many forms like square, rectangle, ellipse, semi-circle, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, heptagon, octagon, etc.

Acoustic doors ALPHAfon-AD are an advanced noise control product, created by our team that has years of experience in the field of consulting and manufacturing acoustics and noise control applications. Utilising the above with our academic and technical research at the National Polytechnic University of Athens, the acoustic doors ALPHAfon-AD guarantee high standard quality and significant sound reduction. Acoustic doors ALPHAfon-AD are available in three different types: Metal, Glass or Timber and they can be fabricated in different sizes in order to cover all possible requirements.

The metal noise barrier ALPHAfon-MB is composed of a galvanized metal sheet at the external side and perforated metal sheet for the internal side. The standard color in both sides is RAL 9002 but both sides can be painted in any RAL Color (by third parties) to match different project requirements. The two ends of the metal barrier are properly formed (male-female), in order to achieve perfect sound sealing but also to improve its bending strength.

Transparent noise barriers ALPHAfon-TB are used when noise insulation and visual contact are simultaneously required. They can be used in motorways, railways, schools and building sites. They offer high light transmissibility, crash endurance 10 kj/m2 (ISO 179/1D), hardness Rockwell 90 (ASTM D785), minimal water absorption 0,30 % (ISO R 62). ALPHAfon-TB offers very good noise insulation, proportional with the width of the material. (Do not hesitate to request the sound insulation certificates) Transparent noise barriers ALPHAfon-TB are often used in projects that require high architectural aesthetics.

Acoustic louver ALPHAfon-AL is available in a number of colors and in 3 basic materials: galvanised metal sheet, aluminum and stainless steel. ALPHAfon-AL has semi aerodynamic horizontal sound absorptive inclined louver blades. They are scientifically formed to combine low pressure drop, rain protection and increased sound reduction.

Generator sound insulation cover ALPHAfon – IC is used for noise control of the small and big sized generators to minimize the emission of noise in generation sets. The frame of the product is made out of standardized aluminum or of a metal profile, it’s lower horizontal part can be supported either on the ground or on the metal frame of the generator. The sound insulation panels are made out of specially shaped galvanized steel foil filled with fire safe absorbing materials. Acoustic doors can be installed in every side of the cover. Their exact position is determined according to each specific need, so that the maintenance of the generator is best facilitated (e.g. placed in front of oilfilters, oil pumps, etc.). The doors are equipped with a special revolving handle and two hinges.

Sound attenuators ALPHAfon-SA are used in applications in air ducts installations that require noise reduction and low pressure drop. Typical applications are air conditioning ductworks, cooling towers, ventilation systems. ALPHAfon-SA reduce noise in workplaces (offices, industries) households, other buildings (hotels, hospitals, theaters etc) and also reduce noise emitted to the environment. The outer surface of the sound absorptive materials is protected depending on the use and the air velocity fiberglass or perforated metal sheet.

Sound insulation cabins ALPHAfon-CB offer a quiet environment in noisy industrial spaces. the major objective of the above product is to protect the receiver (worker) from noise, when noise insulation at the source and the path can not be applied. The internal side of sound insulation cabins ALPHAfon-CB are covered partially with special sound absorptive materials, for optimum acoustical environment in the internal of the cabinet. Noise insulation index for standard type is Rw= 25 dB. If greater sound insulation is required, customised types can be developed to cover all needs.
