Alpha Suite Inc. (ASI) products

The ASI Model DP-049 Series In-Situ Dilution Probe is designed to function as a sample conditioning and transport system, the Dilution Probe performs four critical functions to prepare the sample from the stack (duct or process) so that it can be measured accurately and precisely by the analyzer (typically an "ambient level" analyzer). The system uses an air driven aspirator which extracts a continuous and precise low-flow sample from the source gas stream. It is then passed consecutively through coarse and fine particulate filters, a preselected glass or metal orifice, and diluted with the motive air within the probe aspirator. This process has now reduced the dew point of the source gas sample to below that of the ambient air. It prepared the often warm, wet, sticky and particulate laden sample, so that it can be transported (at a positive pressure) via an unheated umbilical line to the analyzer, up to 300FT (100M) away.

The ASI Model DM-100 Series Diluting Modules have been developed to meet the requirements of some of our more specialized applications, where an ex-situ dilution system or in-situ dilution probe is simply not practical.

The ASIModel DP-060 Series Probe Heateris specially developed for use with new ASI or existing EPM In-situ Diluting Samplers (Dilution Probes).

From the very basic pipe & weld adaptor configuration to bolt your unheated probe ... to the new and innovative extension assemblies developed for your heated in-situ dilution probes. Whether your an End-User, Integrator, or OEM ... with requirements for a single unit or multiple units, we will work with you to design, develop and produce the extension assemblies to meet your needs.

Application: For use with our DM-100-6 Diluting Module or other special lab or process sampling instruments This is an In-line" connected part with a 6mm 00 stem inlet and outlet Basic Dimensions: 120mm Lg , 6mm OD stems, 18mm OD (around frit section).

Application: For use with standard in-situ and out-of-stack diluting sample probes, and our low-flow direct extractive probes. Basic Dimensions: 110mm La., 6mm 00 stem (at outlet), 18mm OD (inlet end).
