ALS Metallurgy is the market leader in bankable metallurgical testwork services for mineral process flowsheet development and optimisation. The group combines the expertise of world renowned Metallurgical testwork experts – Ammtec and G&T Metallurgical. ALS Metallurgy offers extensive bench scale, large scale pilot plant facilities and expert metallurgists to provide mineral processing, hydrometallurgical and mineralogical testwork services to the global resources community. Our bankable metallurgical solutions are internationally recognised by the mining, engineering and financial sectors. Leveraging the ALS Minerals operating network of more than 75 global laboratories and offices, ALS Metallurgy brings together a truly global platform of technical experts for metallurgical and mineral testing services.

ALS Mine Site design, build and operate mine and port site laboratories for mining and metallurgical process plant support. ALS Mine Site delivers the full range of ALS Minerals Division Testing capabilities (Geochemistry, Metallurgy and Inspection) with signature ALS Quality, Services and Deliverables at mine sites globally - irrespective of remoteness. ALS Mine Site also serves as a conduit to coordinating the offerings of the greater ALS Group, including Environmental and Industrial testing on your site.

ALS acquired Stewart Group in mid-2011, providing an entry to the commodity inspection sector and the founding of ALS Inspection. The ALS Inspection Division inspects, weighs, samples, analyses and reports on the quantity and quality of  commodities to produce findings that can be used for final commercial settlement purposes.
