The ACM-4000 is a robust single board computer designed specifically for industrial control applications. It features a variety of interfaces including one Gigabit Ethernet NIC, two 10/100 Ethernet NICs, two HDMI ports that support 4K resolution, and a CANbus interface for enhanced communication capabilities. Additional connectivity options include two RS-485 ports, both half-duplex capable, along with multiple USB ports (Type-C and Type-A) and a microSD slot. The board supports PCI-E expansion through a single x1 slot. Input capabilities include four sinking inputs, compatible with 5 to 24 volts. For output, it provides four SSR channels with a 60V, 1.5A capacity. Designed to operate under extreme temperatures, the ACM-4000 can function efficiently from -40°F to +185°F. Its power requirements range from 10 to 32 VDC with a maximum current draw of 3 Amps, making it versatile for various industrial setups.
