KubeHatch has been developed for the hatching phase in the production of salmonides. The system has both economic and environmental advantages as well as allowing for a season independent and safe production of fry under optimal aquatic conditions.

AutoOx is a new oxygen system that enables continuous, accurate and automatic regulation of oxygen levels in water. The system regulates the volume flow of highly oxygenated water supplied to the tank via an actuated valve.

A new simplified water treatment system for hatcheries, using a similar logic as the KubeHatch RAS. The technology and components selected allows water recirculation from 85% up to 90% of the flow demanded by hatching eggs and fingerlings.

The more compact solution opens up the opportunity to install the automatic tending robot for roe and fry: AutoTend. The traditional systems have a limited capacity, takes up a lot of space, and are hard to work with over time. By using CompHatch, one would gain a lot of free space, in addition to having a more ergonomic working position. CompHatch also allows for the tending from a work lift to further improve the working conditions.

KubeStart is a complete recirculation system based on a “moving bed” bioreactor tested and quality assured before delivery. (MBBR) as biofilter step together with other well-known methods of water treatment such as UV, ozonation, particle removal and oxygenation.

Feeding in strong currents means that many particle of feed will drift out of the facility without being eaten. When there is no current, the appetite normally gets weaker and this results in low exploitation of the feed. Feeding adapted to the prevailing local ocean current conditions will exploit the feed to a maximum.
