The popular AlyTech GasMix™ technology is now available for field auditors, quality assurance engineers, laboratory researchers, CEM operators and air monitoring station operators who perform calibrations and verification of gas analyzers at remote locations. New GasMix™ NOMAD is a compact and intelligent instrument that assists you in routine quality procedures where you need it: in a lab, in a mobile lab or at a customer site.Packaged in a rigid case, equipped with built-in industrial PC and large touch screen the NOMAD operates under dedicated GasMix™ Windows software. Made by experts, the user-friendly and intuitive software allows creation, modification, and storage of unlimited number of mixing/diluting projects, including not only a gas generation sequences, but also library of gas standards, MFC calibration tables, user settings, external analyzer control parameters, and more.

On-site customized gas standard preparation has never been easier than with the Zephyr – a compact version of GasMix™. Due to its small size and embedded software, the Zephyr can be installed where you need it. With 5″ touch screen and intuitive interface the diluter is very simple in operation and widely used for various applications that involve only 2 gases. For example, the Zephyr is very cost efficient solution for creating multipont calibration gases from a concentrated gas standard and a diluent.

Nephos is the latest in the LiqMix™ range from Alytech. It allows the custom production of standard gases from pure liquids, diluted liquids or mixtures of liquids. The cascade dilution, offered as an option, allows very wide ranges of concentrations, ranging from % to ppb. The instrument precisely, accurately and repeatably vaporizes up to two liquid phases into a gas stream, generating a custom gas standard in multiple concentrations. The production of the standard benefits from full traceability.

FReD (Flow Regulation Device) is used to set and regulate the flow of gas produced, via the control software. Excess flow is automatically sent to the vent. An essential accessory when it is necessary to produce a constant flow, whatever the dilution rate is. FReD is added to the output of your dilutor/mixer and exists in an external or internal version to the GasMix™ box. FReD is not compatible with Zephyr Diluter software.

This accessory can be placed upstream or downstream of your dilutor. Placed upstream, it makes it possible to select via a multi-channel valve, controlled by the software, the supply gas of a channel of the dilutor. Conversely, placed downstream, it allows the selection of multiple delivery points to analyzers or other instruments. Up to 16 inputs, or outputs are possible.

CleaC (Cleaning Cylinders) is an accessory developed for the LiqMix™ product range. It allows the injection of rinsing liquids into the device, thanks to solenoid valves controlled by the software and an automated sequence. It thus prevents recondensations of liquids from contaminating the following mixtures, or from obstructing the lines. Such rinsing is strongly recommended after any measurement campaign. CleaC includes 3 tanks of 75 cc.
