Miniature welds are highly sensitive to even the smallest heat profile fluctuations during the resistance welding process: overheating deforms and destroys parts, while under heating results in a weak, unacceptable bond. Precise control, therefore, is required to achieve consistent, reliable welds. Built in the USA, the HF-2700A high frequency inverter spot welder achieves this level of control by precisely managing and monitoring both electrical AND mechanical weld parameters in a completely closed-loop process. HF-2700A can address a wide range of applications including sensitive medical device components, solar cells, automotive electronics, battery tabs, battery pack assembly and more! HF-2700A may be used in conjunction with one of our many weld heads as a single operator benchtop resistance welder and is well-suited for integration into semi or fully automated resistance welding systems.

Built in the USA, the HF2 High Frequency Inverter Spot Welder, is a high speed digital adaptive feedback controls weld current, voltage, or power, providing better weld consistency as compared to traditional AC or CD technologies. HF2 may be used in conjunction with one of our many weld heads as a single operator benchtop unit and is also well-suited for integration into semi or fully automated resistance welding systems.
