HF2 is a 2kHz, state-of-the-art high frequency inverter welding power supply used to join small parts at high speed. Built in the USA, the HF2 High Frequency Inverter Spot Welder, is a high speed digital adaptive feedback controls weld current, voltage, or power, providing better weld consistency as compared to traditional AC or CD technologies. HF2 may be used in conjunction with one of our many weld heads as a single operator benchtop unit and is also well-suited for integration into semi or fully automated resistance welding systems.

Drawing on its extensive experience in pulsed Nd:YAG micro welding, AMADA WELD TECH’s LF-250A fiber laser welder offers the precise control needed for small component welding, penetration welding of metals and fine cutting. A large touchscreen enables clear visibility of process schedule parameters, and an intuitive user interface enables quick and easy programming. The laser is available in both single and multi-mode configurations and may be operated in either pulsed or cw mode ensuring application success across a broad range of production requirements.
