Bargraph Displays
AIC - Model PM4 and PM5 - Panel Mount Bargraph Displays
The PM4 and PM5 panel mount ranges are available with a bargraph & digital display option. A typical PM4 or PM5 with a bargraph display is shown here. The bargraph display can be set to solid bargraph, single dot, double dot or center bargraph (up or down from the center) mode . The model featured is used to display contents with the digital display showing litres and the bargraph showing percentage.
Large Digit Displays
AIC - Model LD-IV - Standard Analog Input Signals Large Digit Display
The LD-IV accept standard analog input signals and are ideal for applications where indications need to be visible from a distance. The display can be scaled to display in different engineering units such as metres, percentage or, kg, tonnes, litres/min, RPM etc. High contrast versions, viewable even in bright sunlight are available in 38mm and 58mm digit hight in red, green, amber or white.
AIC - Model LD-IV - 100mm Digit Height Analog Input Display
The LD-IV with the 100mm displays will be ideal for those applications where load, pressure, weight or position indications, for example, need to be visible from a distance up to 50m. Foundries, smelters, weighbridges, storage tanks and silos are just some of the possible applications for these large digit displays.
Conductivity Cells
AIC - Model P-K - Conductivity Cell with 5m Attached Cable
["he TPBS cells are available in probe constants of 0.1 andl.O. The 5m cable is integrated into the encapsulated :ell. This low cost cell is ideal for installation into plastic flow lines and is commonly used in water purification iystems. The electrodes are made from high density carbon.
AIC - Model P-CS52-10.0-RT - Conductivity Compact Cells
Model P-CS52-10.0-RT cell is a compact size K=10 conductivity cell. The cells may be installed directly into the process stream or in a suitable bypass chamber. Temperature sensing is provided by an inbuilt PtlOO (RTD) temperature sensor. The temperature sensor stainless steel thermowell is in direct contact with the process fluid to ensure rapid response to temperature changes. These conductivity cells are ideal for direct connection to AIC`s range of conductivity cell input instrumentation. The monitors include the dual channel panel mount model (PM5-CO) and the single channel DIN rail mount model (RM4-CO).
Submersible Liquid Level Transducers
AIC - Model 700 Series - Submersible Liquid Level Transducers
The Series 700 family of submersible liquid level pressure transducers is specifically designed to meet the rigorous environments encountered in liquid level measurement and control. It can be configured to perform to specifications under the most adverse, reactive conditions. These transducers incorporate the latest advancements in piezoresistive pressure sensing technology. A stability enhancing charged "Field Shield" is vapour deposited directly to the pressure cell. A welded 316 stainless steel diaphragm with a spring ratio of 1000:1 with the piezoresistive pressure cell is used for contact with the media. The series 700 also features state of the art surface mount internal signal conditioning which provides a power supply rejection of 0.001% and a 4-20mA process signal.
AIC - Model PL-TERM-SG/TX-E - Terminating & Moisture Protection Enclosure for Submersible Liquid Level Transducers
For installations in exposed locations such as reservoirs and locations where there is a high ambient humidity, the cable should be terminated in a enclosure such as the PL-TERM-SG/TX-E.

AIC - Model WS-MM-30 - Radiation Shield
The WS-MM-306 radiation shield is designed to protect temperature and humidity sensors against solar radiation and precipitation that will produce errors. The shape of the radiation shield allows optimum wind flow between the discs. The white UV-stabilised thermoplastic discs offer a high reflectivity, low thermal conductivity and rugged weather resistance. The standard model has 9 discs. The shield is available in models with more or fewer discs.
AIC - Model WS-41003 - Gill Multi-Plate Radiation Shield and Sensor
The WS-41003 Gill Multi-Plate Radiation Shield protects temperature and humidity sensors from error-producing precipitation and solar radiation. The multiple discs have a unique profile that blocks direct and reflected solar radiation yet permits easy passage of air. The disc material is especially formulated for high reflectivity, low thermal conductivity and maximum weather resistance.
