To help you make product decisions quickly, our prototype Team provides rapid turnaround in the fabrication and assembly of your proposed product; this can help reduce your time to market. Prototype manufacturing uses our production lasers, forming, welding, and paint lines to provide true final product representation. Product validation and verification (PV&V) testing is critical before introducing new products; our PV&V engineer`s 20 of experience affords you a high level of confidence before your products go into the field.

At Amerequip, we not only design the best products available, but also offer state of the art testing capabilities to our customers as well. Somewhat unique for a company our size, we have a Test Engineer on staff who will work with our customers to help design, plan, and execute the testing of products we design and develop for production in our manufacturing operation. You can be confident we are testing to the most rigorous requirements, assuring you are provided with the highest quality product to meet your standards, and those of your end users.

Amerequip remains committed to offering the most diverse selection of durability testing for your products that we design and manufacture. We use PLC’s capable of controlling numerous functions and providing safety shutoffs.

Hydraulics are critical in the operation of many of the products we develop. Amerequip is equipped to perform numerous hydraulic tests.

Our state of the art CO2 laser cutting work centers offer precision productivity for your fabrication cutting requirements. Speed, versatility, and exactness are achieved with skilled and experienced operators, with the capacity to run 3 shifts, including ‘lights out’ capabilities.

We care about our team, and we stress safety measures throughout this vulnerable process as our #1 objective. We utilize detailed control plans, incorporating the latest quality standards and practices, to control key processes such as forming, so to accurately and consistently produce metal components to the same spec every time.  Our experienced engineers design specialized tooling to maintain safe, high productivity and efficiency.

We believe that welding is a critical skill set and understanding that we have made a significant investment in people, facilities and equipment.  The intent of these investments is to facilitate minimization of set up time and to drive down, or out, other variable cost from our process.  In 2014 we added a new state-of-the-art 75,000 sq ft Weld Shop and made significant equipment upgrades as well. Using new high speed robotic welders, we can efficiently construct reliable and repeatable welds, built on fixtures and tooling made by Amerequip Technicians.

A quality product looks great up close, as well as from afar. Each manufactured part goes through our state-of-the-art acid pickling bath for advanced paint adhesion and quality, just prior to an e-coat base paint process.  Amerequip`s updated wet spray topcoat paint system was uniquely selected because of its rapid 30 second color change-out capability. We pay close attention to the details that make your equipment not only look impressive, but with the durability to weather the elements.  We understand that a durable paint coating can ultimately help to reduce the cost of ownership of your products.

As one of our core capabilities, Amerequip offers precision assembly and kitting expertise by highly trained Team Members. We have dedicated flexible production space for kitting to meet our customers’ requirements. Our kitting capabilities range from a small bag of fasteners/decals, to larger complex assemblies/sub-assemblies. Amerequip has produced millions of individual kits over the last years, and our error-proofing through dedicated fixtures and tools to detailed ISO9001 work instructions assures the highest quality products.
