Dialysis Water Systems
AmeriWater - Model Centurion Plus - Heat Disinfection System for Feed Water Hose
The Centurion Plus Heat Disinfection Device is an optional accessory designed to pair with a portable RO system in order to heat disinfect the Hemodialysis machine feed water hose. This section of hose is typically not included in the disinfection of the RO system or Hemodialysis machine. When paired with the Centurion (MROC), this compact unit provides a complete end to end heat disinfection system eliminating the need for chemicals. The device is intended for use in hospitals, clinics, or dialysis centers to provide heat disinfection of the hose resulting in total viable microbial counts below 50 colony-forming units per milliliter.
AmeriWater - Wall Boxes for Chemical Disinfect RO
AmeriWater’s Wall Boxes are specially designed to lessen common challenges healthcare professionals face in the day-to-day dialysis treatment setting. Our compartmentalized design lessens cross contamination opportunities while the removable shelf and sliding door provides ease in cleaning. Compartments are adequately sized to allow the end users to thoroughly clean each section. In addition, AmeriWater’s wall boxes are compliant with the State of Illinois plumbing code Section 890.740.
Industrial Water Systems
AmeriWater - Model CWFT - Cooling Tower Water Filters
Introducing AmeriWater’s newest addition to our line of reliable cooling tower water filters and Industrial Water Systems, the CWFT model. This system is built with the end user in mind and captures the best features of our HEF Premium line but on a smaller scale.
AmeriWater - Commercial and Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems
Commercial and Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems – 18,000 up to 86,400 GPD. Electricity is the most expensive cost of commercial and industrial reverse osmosis systems. The pumps utilized on the AmeriWater HRO series of commercial and industrial reverse osmosis systems use the highest efficiency Class I (EFFI) motors, resulting in reduced energy consumption and consequently reduced operating costs. In addition, the FILMTECTM high productivity, low energy membranes utilized require less pressure to function. Large 34-mil spacer optimized for pressure drop minimization reduces the impact of fouling and enhances the cleaning efficiency. The iLECTM technology (interlocking connectors) enables sustained higher quality permeate throughout the life of the element by dramatically reducing the potential for seal leakage and reduces energy consuming flow resistance, resulting in lower operating costs.
AmeriWater - Model PRO4 Series - Commercial and Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems
Osmosis Systems – 2,400 up to 19,200 GPD. AmeriWater’s PRO4 Series Commercial & Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems are designed with energy saving features, durable components, quiet operation, and disinfection capabilities in a space saving configuration. Nominal flow rates range from 2,400 up to 19,200 GPD. Standard or deluxe systems are available. A 4 line LCD display with clear easy to understand information takes the guesswork out of monitoring the RO. The controller stores up to 4 programs and can be easily programmed by connecting it to a PC. All systems utilize the same frame making the PRO4 extremely versatile. Systems can be expanded by simply adding additional membranes and larger pump.
AmeriWater - Model SRO series - Commerical and Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems
Commerical and Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems – 365 up to 1,095 GPD. AmeriWater’s SRO series of small industrial reverse osmosis systems are designed for durability and ease of operation. These units feature a sturdy powder coated frame that provides the operator versatility when installing the unit. The SROs can be placed on the floor, table, or hung on the wall. They provide high-quality water for industrial applications using 365 to 1,095 gallons per day.
Central Sterile Water Systems
AmeriWater - Model 00CIP1 - Clean in Place (CIP) RO System Cleaners
AmeriWater’s Clean In Place (CIP) RO System Cleaners apply high pH and low pH membrane cleaners to the RO system at low pressure and high velocity. This action removes scale and organic contaminants from the RO membranes and improves system performance.
AmeriWater - Ozone Disinfection System
AmeriWater’s Ozone Disinfection System uses a high-tech corona discharge process for producing aqueous ozone, which is the best disinfectant available for bicarb and water systems. This design produces high levels of ozone quickly, 10 grams per hour, reducing disinfecting time by half compared to chemical disinfection. Using oxygen eliminates nitrogen degradation of the ozone generator ensuring years of reliable performance. This portable compact system can be moved easily from bicarb to water, or center-to-center. The quick connect connectors with shut offs enable easy connection to the water storage tanks and bicarb systems. There are adjustable oxygen and water flow meters plus a vacuum gauge to indicate the proper vacuum to mix the ozone with the water. An ozone gas off chamber removes excess gas not dissolved in the water and runs it through an ozone gas destruct device, returning it to oxygen.
RO Membrane Cleaners & Consumables
AmeriWater - RO Membrane Cleaners
Acid and base RO Membrane Cleaners for use on thin film composite membranes. An expiration date label helps to ensure that the chemical is used at its most effective state. The shelf life of these cleaners in powder form is 15 years. When mixed, the cleaner’s shelf life is two years.
AmeriWater - Model PT401 - Anti-Scalant for Hardness Removal
AmeriWater’s PT401 Anti-Scalant liquid ties up the hardness minerals sending them down the drain, protecting scaling of the RO membrane. The MROS and MRO1 models have the anti-scalant system included inside the cabinet and eliminates the need for softened water.
