OptiFlo® RC is a dry dust collector that uses cartridges that are tailor-made to meet the filtration requirements of any industry and process. This adaptability is provided by its modular design, which allows scaling up its filtration capacity for flows between 2,400CFM and 80,000CFM. The configuration and its optional components may be defined in accordance with the specifications provided by the client, which makes this unit a filtration solution that is flexible and highly efficient, even when used in the most demanding industrial applications. The RotoClone W is the most cost effective, high-efficiency wet dust collector in its class. Combining a dust collector with a centrifugal fan, saving space and enhancing its suitable for a wide variety of different applications. The AAF DynaMist M for mist collection system is designed for light 20 mg/m3. Packaged units are available from 400 to 3,600 CFM with direct drive centrifugal fan packages. The AAF DynaMist S for smoke collection system is designed for light to moderate inlet concentrations from 20 to 150 mg/m3. Packaged units are available from 600 to 2,400 CFM with direct drive centrifugal fan packages. Both systems are designed so that each filter stage includes differential pressure gauges to monitor filter conditions. Filters are mounted in each filter stage with positive mounting filter clamps to compress filter gaskets securely to eliminate any potential bypass to the final safety HEPA filter. Integral pre-filter housings allow for the addition of a pre-filter stage for protection of fiber bed filters from grinding swarf, solids, and sticky residue that would blind the first stage fiber bed filter.

The DynaPure is a unique self-contained filtration system for source capture of mist generated by wet machining, spraying and lubrication systems. The DynaPure® provides increased flexibility and lower maintenance than competitive designs.

The Weld Fume Extractor is a robust filter unit and offers many advantages for frequent use at changing work stations. Equipped with IFA-W3 certified two-stage filtering with increased filter surface and HEPA rated primary filter. The unique “Stay-in-Place” Exhaust Arm swivels 360° to give welders an unmatched freedom of movement with very little effort. The durable steel housing is powder coated and hermetically sealed to ensure no air leaks. In addition, an included filter monitor increases safety for welders and all other personnel. Suitable for welding applications including stainless steel and high chromium content.

Designed for high performance under both normal and difficult operating conditions, VariCel II is appropriate for general HVAC and applications operating with variable air volume, turbulent airflow, and high humidity. The combination of durable construction and high efficiency also makes VariCel II ideal for specialized systems such as diffusion filters in paint booths and prefilters in cleanrooms.VariCel II’s slim line design provides minimum resistance with the high dust loading capacity of larger, traditional filters. The pleated media is made of microglass paper with a dual density fiber construction and water repellent binder . Two die cut boxes form a sealed, double wall around the perimeter of the filter. Media pack support retainers and adhesive pleat separators are bonded and applied to the pleats. Together, these form a unitized, rigid media pack that maintains pleat spacing and a maximum, even distribution of airflow.
