The pre-filters will help keep the cartridge from blinding as well as making pulse type cleaners more effective. The custom pre-filters are manufactured from high quality Nylon Monofilament. Adding a bungee cord in the hem makes installation quick and easy. These pre-filters are reusable, making them more economical, and custom sizing guarantees a perfect fit.

American Fabric Filter manufactures custom vinyl catch cloths for installation under conveyors, providing a cleaner environment by keeping errant product from being transferred throughout your plant and saving time during cleanup as all of the spillage is contained in one area.  Catch cloths are especially popular in the food processing industries to prevent product from dropping onto other lines or to the floor, but can be used underneath any conveyor where falling material can be a nuisance.

We  stock disposable heavy duty plastic collection bags to fit most dust collectors including Delta, Dustek, Grizzly, Jet, and other OEM manufacturers.  These polybags are 6 mil thick and come in 2 sizes:  21` diameter x 50` long and 24.5` diameter x 72` long, available in rolls of 50.  Our bags are tough enough to stand up under constant use, save time by eliminating repeated dumping, and make shop clean up quick and easy.

The singed surface 16 oz. scrim-supported felt used in the production of these filters captures even the finest dust, down to 1 micron, and prevents blinding and promotes self-cleaning. No shaker or paddle is necessary to clean the filter and keep it performing at peak level. Standard and custom-sized filters are available for OEM downdraft tables and systems converted from cartridges. Popular OEM sizes in stock and available for same day shipment.
