Universal Balancing Machines type UHK feature piezo-electrical load cells enabling a direct, non-displacement measurement of the centrifugal force (unbalance). Through their standardised design they can be configured according to the customer specifications regarding bearing pedestal distance, rotor diameter etc.

The VHKS17 is designed for horizontal balancing of ventilators, blowers and fans.

The active balancing system HB 6000 compensates rotor unbalance during the rotation using fluids. Balancing is achieved using ring containers which are divided into four chambers.

The Hofmann horizontal, hard-bearing balancing machine R-7.1 is used for high-precision balancing of very small rotors up to a max. weight of 200 g – like dental drill turbines or armatures from miniature electric motors.

The Hofmann horizontal, hard-bearing balancing machine H-9.1 is used for high-precision balancing of small to very small rotors up to a max. weight of 5 kg.

Hofmann’s V-1 vertical, hard-bearing balancing machine is used for high-precision balancing of very small disk-shaped rotors up to a max. weight of 250 g (single plane) or 1 kg (dual plane) – like small fan impellers. The V-1 can be upgraded to a fully automatic balancing solution.

Hofmann’s type V-10 through V-300 vertical, hard-bearing balancing machines are used for high-precision balancing of various small to large disk-shaped rotors without own journals and with a max. weight up to 1,000 kg. These machines can be upgraded to semi- or fully automatic balancing solutions using available options.

Special features: Simple intuitive operation. Touchscreen operation. Display of unbalance: as numbers or with a polar diagram, for one, two or multiple balancing planes, as static, couple or dynamic unbalance, in terms of mass, unbalance or correction units (for example inch drill depth).

AB 9000 type active balancing systems are fast, precise, versatile and easy to upgrade.

The HydroBalancer HB 6000 from Hofmann compensates for large unbalance amounts by using fluids. Ring containers are used as balancing units which are divided into four chambers.
