American Safety Re (ASRE) focuses on providing innovative reinsurance solutions for captives, risk retention groups and small-mid size insurance companies through traditional or structured coverage.

Bonds are written on American Safety Casualty Insurance Company paper, which is admitted in all states and the District of Columbia (excluding CT, MA and NH) and offers limits up to $10 million single limit/$15 million aggregate limit and carries a Treasury-listing of $7,914,000. American Safety Casualty Insurance Co. is rated “A” (Excellent) by A.M. Best.
