American Shredding services
On-Site Shredding
A secure paper shredding mobile truck will arrive at your home or office and shred your material in front of you. A certificate of destruction will be given at the completion of the service. This serves as verification of the document destruction, data destruction, hard drive shredding, or paper shredding mobile services. We will then transport the destroyed information back to our facility to have it bailed and shipped directly to a paper mill for recycling. American Shredding is also able to provide on-site shredding services that comply with NIST 800-88 standards (1mm x 5 mm particle size), the smallest particle size available in the industry.
Off-Site Shredding
Our off-site shredding service is a secure, convenient, and reliable way to safely accomplish document destruction and data destruction of confidential materials. We collect the confidential material and lock it down inside our secure transport vehicle. We transport the material back to our facility for document destruction or data destruction. All of our trucks are equipped with a real-time satellite GPS system and are tracked from the time of pick up until they arrive safely back at our facility. All documents and digital media entrusted to American Shredding are destroyed within 24 hours of arrival at our facility, and everything that arrives before 3pm is shredded that same day. A certificate of destruction is then faxed to you as verification of the document destruction or data destruction service being complete and for compliance with state and federal regulations.
