Tanks- Potable Water Storage
ASI - Reservoirs, Standpipes, and Composite-Elevated Tanks
A water reservoir is an artificial holding container used to store, regulate or control potable water. Generally, reservoirs have a greater diameter than height and standpipes have a greater height than diameter. Standpipes are generally used for municipal and rural potable water storage, as well as industrial process water. Composite-elevated tanks are potable water storage tanks that are usually composed of a welded or bolted steel storage container atop a reinforced concrete pedestal or steel legs. They are gaining popularity in municipal water storage applications.
ASI - Clearwell Tanks
Clearwell Tanks are potable water storage containers that hold treated drinking water for a period of time before it is distributed in some manner for use or further treatment.
ASI - Fire Protection Water Storage Tanks
Fire Protection Water Storage Tanks can hold both potable and non-potable water, including reuse water, run-off water, and water collection tank water. Firewater tanks are used to store water, which can later be used for fire protection and/ or a combination of lawn care and restroom water utilization. Usually these tanks store raw water, which is intake water prior to any treatment or use. Our firewater tanks meet all NFPA and FM standards.
Tanks - Non-Potable Water Storage
ASI - Sludge Tanks
Sludge tanks are used in the storage and processing of food, animal waste, human waste, and landfill waste. During a water treatment process, solids are allowed to settle out of wastewater. These solids are clumps of bacteria and organic materials (activated sludge).
ASI - Aerobic Digesters Tank
Aerobic Digesters are utilized in the aerobic treatment of waste water, a process by which microbes decompose complex organic compounds in the presence of oxygen.
Tanks - Other Products
ASI - Dry Storage Tanks
Dry Storage tanks or silos provide storage for dry substances, such as corn, sugar, grain, gravel, sand, powders, wood chips, cement, plastic products, or a variety of other, non-liquid, low-level humidity or water-content products. Bolted, stainless steel tanks are perfect for storing dry goods because of their flexibility in expansion and mobility. Bolted, stainless steel tanks also have low repair costs, coupled with a high resale value.
ASI - Glass Lined Tanks
Glass-Fused-to-Steel (Glass-Lined-Steel) is a unique tank finish. The two materials are fused together to achieve the best properties of both – the strength and flexibility of steel combined with the corrosion resistance of glass. Applied to both interior and exterior surfaces, Glass-Fused-to-Steel is able to provide many years of trouble free service in harsh environments.
