Ultra-Compact Simulators for Automotive Transients for Pulses 1, 2 and 3a/3b The UCS 200N Ultra-Compact Simulator series for Automotive Transients unifies the capabilites of an EFT/Burst simualtor, a Micropulse simulator and the required coupling network into one box. The UCS 200N series is equiped to meet all international and car manufacturer specifications from around the globe. The built-in coupling network ranges up to 200A depending on the model. The built-in coupling network can be used and controlled by any unit of the LD 200N series, VDS 200N/Q/R series and PFS 200N series. For tests beyond standard's requirements the waveform parameters of the Micropulse generator can be varied in a wide range by means of the FreeStyle mode.

Ametek EM Test - Transient Emission Set

Test Set for the Measurement of Automotive Transient Emissions as per ISO 7637 The measurement of automotive transient emissions as per ISO 7637-2 requires an electronic switch, a mechancical switch and an artificial network. The electronic switch is a repeatable, calibrated 300 ns semiconductor switch, which is used in most applications, both fast and slow. While, the BS 200N100.1 can be used up to 1300 V, the standard recommends a mechanical switch for transient emissions over 400 V. The artifical network represents the typical impedance of the wiring harness. The AN 200N100 is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 7637-2, CISPR 25 / ISO 11452-4 and CISPR 16-1-2 and can be switched accordingly.

AMP 200N2 - Low-frequency signal / amplifier for supply simulation and magnetic field testing The AMP 200N2 has been designed as a low-frequency signal source to generate sinusoidal signals used to simulate ripple noise and ground shift noise as required by a variety of standards in the avionics, military and automotive industry. The AMP 200N2 is controlled by the NetWave (for testing Electrical Vehicles, avionics, military and nautic standard requirements. e.g LV 123 and ISO 7637-4 Pulse C). The AutoWave is used for automotive testing such as e.g. Ford FMC1278. Additionally, the AMP 200N2 can be used to generate magnetic fields by means of a radiation loop or small Helmholtz coils as per various standards.
