Ultra-Compact Simulators for Automotive Transients for Pulses 1, 2 and 3a/3b The UCS 200N Ultra-Compact Simulator series for Automotive Transients unifies the capabilites of an EFT/Burst simualtor, a Micropulse simulator and the required coupling network into one box. The UCS 200N series is equiped to meet all international and car manufacturer specifications from around the globe. The built-in coupling network ranges up to 200A depending on the model. The built-in coupling network can be used and controlled by any unit of the LD 200N series, VDS 200N/Q/R series and PFS 200N series. For tests beyond standard's requirements the waveform parameters of the Micropulse generator can be varied in a wide range by means of the FreeStyle mode.

Test Set for the Measurement of Automotive Transient Emissions as per ISO 7637 The measurement of automotive transient emissions as per ISO 7637-2 requires an electronic switch, a mechancical switch and an artificial network. The electronic switch is a repeatable, calibrated 300 ns semiconductor switch, which is used in most applications, both fast and slow. While, the BS 200N100.1 can be used up to 1300 V, the standard recommends a mechanical switch for transient emissions over 400 V. The artifical network represents the typical impedance of the wiring harness. The AN 200N100 is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 7637-2, CISPR 25 / ISO 11452-4 and CISPR 16-1-2 and can be switched accordingly.

AMP 200N2 - Low-frequency signal / amplifier for supply simulation and magnetic field testing The AMP 200N2 has been designed as a low-frequency signal source to generate sinusoidal signals used to simulate ripple noise and ground shift noise as required by a variety of standards in the avionics, military and automotive industry. The AMP 200N2 is controlled by the NetWave (for testing Electrical Vehicles, avionics, military and nautic standard requirements. e.g LV 123 and ISO 7637-4 Pulse C). The AutoWave is used for automotive testing such as e.g. Ford FMC1278. Additionally, the AMP 200N2 can be used to generate magnetic fields by means of a radiation loop or small Helmholtz coils as per various standards.

The CN 200N1 is a standalone coupling network unifying two audio transformers being individually configurable for various test requirements (e.g. Ford FMC1278 and SAE J1113-2). The CN 200N1 is used to apply the test signals to the lines under test via an audio transformer to perform ripple voltage tests and continuous or transient conducted immunity tests.

AutoWave - A new dimension for battery supply simulation in the automotive area Battery simulation becomes more and more an issue in today´s automotive testing. Waveforms are getting more and more complex. Standardised single phenomena like cranking are still tested but real-life signals are of even higher interest for testing full vehicles or parts of it under real conditions. Common arbitrary generators often fail in testing these requirements especially if iteration of various test parameters within one test are required. The AutoWave models unify an up to 4-channel arbitrary generator and a 2-channel transient wave recorder (only AutoWave-WR model) in a small and handy unit. The AutoWave-WR is best of generating and recording any kind of waveform in the automotive area.
