AMETEK MOCON - Model PetroAlert 9100 - Online Gas Chromatograph for Hydrocarbon Measurement
The PetroAlert 9100 incorporates the sensitivity, stability, linearity and selectivity of a flame ionization detector (FID), making it the ideal choice for the analysis of aliphatic hydrocarbons. The instrument is designed specifically for the oil and gas industry’s surface logging process. Fast C1 to C5 analysis is completed in 30 seconds, preserving the C1-C2 separation at >200:1 concentration ratio. A heavy hydrocarbon analysis is also available for applications that require C6+ analysis and custom analyses can be created upon request.

The Baseline 9000 Hydrocarbon Analyzer is a microprocessor-based instrument designed for continuous ambient or process hydrocarbon gas measurement in environmental or industrial settings. The analyzer can be purchased in a variety of configurations with internal components for single or multi-point sampling (with or without a sample pump) for pre-filtered non-condensing samples.
AMETEK MOCON - Model 9000 MNME - Methane/Non-Methane Analyzer
The Baseline 9000 MNME uses a flame ionization detector (FID) in conjunction with an oxidation catalyst switched in and out of the sample stream. The catalyst oxidizes all hydrocarbons except methane to produce a methane only measurement. This catalytic reaction relies on the presence of oxygen (O2) in the sample. The methane value is then subtracted from the total hydrocarbon concentration to determine the non-methane hydrocarbon reading. Output options include analog, digital and logic capabilities.
AMETEK MOCON - Model 9000 TCA - Total Carbon Hydrocarbon/CO/CO2 Analyzer
The Baseline 9000 TCA Total Carbon Analyzer is a microprocessor-based instrument designed to measure total hydrocarbon content as well as provide a combined carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) reading for impurity detection at industrial and specialty gas companies. Detection limits down to < 0.1 ppm. User-programmable ranges from 1 ppm to 100 ppm are factory-configured per the customer’s application to facilitate installation and setup.
