MF Membrane
Amfor - Microfiltration(MF) Membranes
Microfiltration is a filtration process which removes contaminants from a fluid (liquid & gas) by passage through a microporous membrane. A typical microfiltration membrane pore size range is 0.1 to 10 micrometres (µm). Microfiltration is not fundamentally different from reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration or nanofiltration, except in terms of the size of the molecules it retains.
UF Membrane
Amfor - Sanitary Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane
How to choose the best membrane for a given process is often a difficult task. The right choice of membrane type is crucial to achieving an optimised filtration process in terms of capacity, yield and efficiency. Membrane type, plant design and processing parameters should be carefully matched to meet the desired performance and cost-efficiency of the overall process. When it comes to innovative, value-adding solutions, AMFOR`s Technology and Service is always the first rate! AMFOR is one of the worlds` largest and professional providers of Ultrafiltration membranes for a wide range of applications.
Amfor - Model EDUF - Polyvinylidine Fluorid (PVDF) Spiral Ultrafiltration Membrane
AMFOR’S Polyvinylidine Fluorid (PVDF) EDUF spiral ultrafiltration membrane elements are designed for use with Anodic and Cathodic electrocoat paints. Pre-fabricated element housings are available from stock. AMFOR INC. AUTHORIZE " AMT" AND "AMF" ARE THE BRAND OF EDUF SPIRAL UF MEMBRANE. Replaces brand PTI: Polyvinylidine Fluorid (PVDF) Ultrafiltration Electrocoat Membranes.
Amfor - Tubular Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane
AMFOR`s 10 foot multi-tubular UF-7 elements are designed for use with both anodic and cathodic paints.
NF Membrane
Amfor - Model AMT Hausol - Nanofiltration (NF) Membrane
Membrane material: modified polysulfone. Backing material: polypropylene(pp). Applications: caustic soda recovery. Water flux (lmh) @ 25°c, 100 psi: >50. Membrane thickness (mm): 0.16-0.18.
AMFOR - Small Nanofiltration (NF) Membrane
AMFOR NF membrane elements are designed for process applications where a separation of solutes is desired. NF membrane is a durable membrane designed to reject organics with a molecular weight above 200 while passing monovalent salts, we also can produce sanitary NF membranes.
RO Membrane
Amfor - Model TW30 - Residential Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane
Reverse osmosis is a filtration process that is often used for water. It works by using pressure to force a solution through a membrane, retaining the solute on one side and allowing the pure solvent to pass to the other side. This is the reverse of the normal osmosis process, which is the natural movement of solvent from an area of low solute concentration, through a membrane, to an area of high solute concentration when no external pressure is applied.
Amfor - Commercial Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane
AMFOR reverse osmosis (RO) elements offer the highest quality water for small commercial systems. AMFOR membranes are available in a variety of sizes to meet a wide range of space requirements. Nowdays, AMFOR TW30XLE-3020-600, TW30XLE-3020-1000 have been widely used in commercial drinking machine. AMFOR XLE extra low energy elements operate at the lowest pressure in the industry, resulting in lower energy costs and enabling system builders to use lower cost components. In addition to the highest quality water and the lowest energy costs, AMFOR membranes also deliver savings by providing the industry`s longest lasting and most reliable performance.
Amfor - Industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane
Product flow rate and salt rejection are based upon testing conditions. For RO, 2000ppm NaCl; 225psi (1.6Mpa); 25?; pH=8; 15% recovery. Fluctuation is ±7%. Elements can be supplied in fiber glass, or tape or net outwrap.
Tubular Anode Cell Membrane
Amfor - Tubular Anode Cell Membrane
AMFOR Tubular Anodes Cell is a flushable anode Cell used in electro coating (ED) paint system with most types of paint. It serves as the opposition electrode and simultaneously removes solubilizer (usually a common organic acid) from the paint to maintain chemical balance. AMFOR`s Anolyte Injection Systems distribute the anolyte evenly across the anodes in anocel box and semi-circular. And the delivery system in Anocel tubular cells increases dirt and oxygen removal by a minimum factor of three over conventional designs.
