Fuchs Enprotec GmbH is a German globally recognized manufacturer of aerators and mixers for waste water and sewage sludge treatment. Fuchs aerators are the ideal solution for activated sludge applications, with low maintenance and operational costs. They are suitable for almost all tank geometries and water levels. Existing plants can easily be retrofitted or upgraded. Other aerator systems, such as rotor-brush, low-speed surface, and diffused air are replaceable or enhanceable, even without interrupting the operation.

Our plastic modular filling media BIOdek®, made of polypropylene, provide an effective treatment action on waste water in trickling filters and in submerged fixed bed technologies. The special technology of extrusion and molding, developed and patented by Enexio Water Technologies GmbH, as well as his patented technique for thermal melting assembly, guarantee the high quality of our fillings. 

Plastic chain scrapers are built and dimensioned for continuous collecting of sludge. They are used in sedimentation tanks at Municipal and Industrial Water and Waste Water Treatment plants. The chain and the flights are plastic and give you a very light , but strong construction with exceptional corrosion resistance. This together with low friction plastics makes the loads on sprockets and bearings very small and the wearing is minimized. As a result, the maintenance is simplified and the Life Cycle Cost (LCC) of this product is extremely good, reducing also the environmental impact. This advantages can be achieved also by replacing old drive units with our modern plastic chain system.

Plastic random media are used since many years in waste water biological processes. In the last years new technologies and processes have been diffused, requiring material continuous development and improvement.
