Pressure Sensors - Absolute Pressure Sensors
Amsys - Model MS5212 - Analog Absolute Pressure Sensor not Compensated
The MS5212 is part of the MS52XX series and is an analog OEM absolute pressure sensor that is neither compensated nor amplified. It has the characteristics of the measuring cell and outputs the differential bridge voltage in mV. The sensor designed for PCB mounting is available for the pressure range 0 – 12 bar. The sensor measures the applied pressure against the vacuum inside the measuring cell = absolute pressure. The absolute pressure sensor of the MS5212 series is suitable for reflow mounting and consists of a solderable ceramic substrate on which a piezoresistive pressure measuring cell is mounted. The measuring cell is protected by a metal ring or by a cap. The dimensions of the ceramic carrier with metal protective cap or ring are: 7.6 x 7.6 mm2. It is suitable for applications in which the user wants to use his own amplifier electronics and if necessary can perform the compensation itself or does not make high demands on the accuracy.
Amsys - Model MS5401-MS5412 - Absolute Pressure Sensor 1-12 Bar not Compensated
The MS54XX SMD pressure sensor series is designed for pressure sensor systems with highest demands on resolution and accuracy. The device consists of a silicon micro machined pressure sensor die mounted on a 6.2 x 6.4 mm ceramic carrier protected by a metal cap. The uncompensated sensor puts out the differential voltage of the measurement cell. This voltage has to be amplified by an adequate instrument amplifier.
Amsys - Model SM5420E - mV-Absolute Pressure Sensor 30-100 Psi
The SM5420E is a non-amplified OEM sensor* for absolute pressure measurement in the SOIC-8 package for SMD mounting. It has the properties of a measuring cell and outputs the differential bridge voltage in mV. The series of SM5420E sensors cover a pressure range of 2 to 7 bar and is available with nozzle or with hole. The absolute pressure sensors consist of a piezoresistive pressure measuring cell, which in the standard version is provided with a protective gel for better media compatibility. The operating temperature range is -40 to 125 ° C. The sensors are suitable for OEM applications for which another amplifier or microcontroller is provided, which further processes the 95 mV signal. The resolution of the sensors is not limited by any A/D conversion. Specifically, the pressure sensors can be used in rapid pressure measurements e.g. in pneumatics or as a pressure switch. They are suitable for high-volume projects.
Temperature Sensors
Amsys - Model TSYS01 - Digital Temperature Sensor
The TSYS01 is a digital temperature sensor distinguished by its high accuracy which is suitable for use in battery-operated devices. The digital single-chip temperature sensor enables the measured digital 24-bit temperature to be calibrated with internally stored calibration coefficients to produce a digital value with a high resolution. The TSYS01 can be connected to any microcontroller through the I2C/SPI. Using a simple algorithm this calculates the measured, calibrated temperature from the corrected ADC output values. The TSYS01 is convincing with its above-average accuracy, extremely low current consumption and low level of self-heating. Its small size and supply voltage make the temperature sensor particularly suitable for use in mobile, battery-operated applications.
Amsys - Model TSYS02D - Digital Temperature Sensor
The TSYS02D is a digital temperature sensor distinguished by its high level of miniaturization and high accuracy. The sensor is suitable for use in battery-operated devices. The digital single-chip temperature sensor enables the measured digital 16-bit temperature to be calibrated with internally stored calibration coefficients to produce a digital value with a high resolution. The TSYS02D can be connected to any microcontroller through the I2C interface. Using a simple algorithm this calculates the measured, calibrated temperature from the corrected ADC output values. The TSYS02D is convincing with its degree of accuracy, extremely low current consumption and low level of self-heating. Its small size and supply voltage make the temperature sensor particularly suitable for use in mobile, battery-operated applications. The TSYS02 family includes the TSYS02D and the TSYS02P(PWM).
Amsys - Model TSYS03 - Digital Temperature Sensor with Alternative I2C Address
The TSYS03 is a digital temperature sensor characterized by its improved accuracy and high resolution compared to the previous model. Due to its low current consumption, this temperature sensor fits perfectly for use in battery-operated devices.
Humidity Sensors
Amsys - Model HS1101LF - Humidity Sensor with Analog Output
The HS1101LF is an OEM humidity sensor with a capacitive sensing element and an analog output. The humidity is output in pF (capacity) or Hz (frequency). The sensor is designed for an extended temperature range of -60 to +140°C. It is mounted in a two-pin housing with air outlets which can be assembled in an automated reflow process. The HS1101LF humidity sensor is designed for large-scale, cost-sensitive applications, such as building automation, car cabin air control, household appliances and industrial process control systems.
Amsys - Model HTU20D - Digital Humidity/Temperature Sensor
The digital HTU20D OEM sensor is a combination of capacitive humidity sensing element and temperature sensor. Each sensor is individually calibrated, compensated for and tested.
Amsys - Model HTU20P - Analog Humidity/Temperature Sensor
The HTU20P OEM sensor is a combination of capacitive humidity sensing element and temperature sensor. Each sensor is individually calibrated, compensated for and tested.
